Traveling with a family group of 10 can make lodging interesting, when I cam across this property, we hoped it was as spacious as it looked. We were not disappointed! From the open backyard and open floor plan, there was plenty of space for everyone! We had a great time and would have liked an extra day to just enjoy the pool. Keeping this property on saved for potential future trips!

This is a great home, spacious and the family enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong. A few issues though, the BBQ grill was not working and the master bedroom door does not have a lock for privacy. That needs to be fixed.

This home has immaculate landscaping, a botanist's treasure trove! The citrus trees were ripe and delicious. The home is huge, plenty of space to get kids' energy out and calm retreats for the old folk. The house is an older home and, as such, there are some tired spots. Our family was not there to check out the windows. Everything worked as needed and was extremely comfortable. It is easy to stay poolside all day.

House is spacious with more than an enough room for the 12 family members who stayed there. Also, every room in the house was comfortably furnished and very clean.
The house is situated in very nice and quiet area with grocery stores and shopping center close by.

Nice, cozy home with a lot of original pieces to this home. The not so good… New water heater needed!! It was quite loud when anyone used the shower. It woke me up one morning. There are two ovens. One doesn’t heat up at all, and the other takes a long time to heat anything. Everything we cooked in the one oven took twice the amount of time. New ovens desperately needed if cooking is planned for a stay. Nice backyard, older spa that took over 24 hours to get close to 100. Other than that, great space and large dining rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful layout for a large group. Would stay again!

This property is a quirky and fun time capsule of classic mid century California living. I can only imagine the parties that must have been thrown here in the 60's and 70's. The property itself is beautiful- large landscaped yard with citrus orchard and large pool. NOTE: the pool in NOT heated. the house is certainly worn, with very few updates, but that's part of it's charm. This property is new to VRBO and with a few additions to supplies available, it will be comfortable for any large group. Unfortunately the furniture does not fit the style of the house and is poorly staged, but there's lots of room and the outside is great.
