We had a great stay at this property! We stayed here for 10 days for a vacation/family wedding with our four adult children. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Loved that there were so many bathrooms, and the extra refrigerator in the garage was great too. Another big plus for us was extra parking right inside the community. Especially because we live about 6 hours away and our children were all driving down at separate times. So it was a concern of mine when looking for a place to stay. One of our favorite things about the Rehoboth area are the wonderful bike paths, and the Breakwater path that goes to Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park is right outside of the gate. It was about a mile to the beach, and we mostly drove because we had a big group. Even though it was August, it wasn't hard to find a spot (meter parking) a block or two from the beach. Especially if you timed it right and went a few blocks south of Rehoboth Ave. beach. We walked and rode our bikes a few times too. We loved being able to walk to lots of great bars and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. and Rte 1. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, plenty of space for our family of 8 to stretch out. Great long table where we could all eat together. We appreciated access to the washer/dryer and extra fridge in the garage. We enjoyed using the community pool each day.

Beautifully decorated, plenty of space. 1mi walk to beach. Safe area. Would stay there again.

The home was just wonderful. Very spacious and great location. It is about a 30 minute walk to beach, but it was an easy walk. Planning on staying here Again next year.

This house was larger and lovelier than the pictures showed. Its a mile from the beach so that is a bit far, however i would go back except for one thing. There ia a gorgeous pimary suite but the bed was very bad, needs a new mattress.

Stayed here a few times, it's always fantastic and the owner is great.

My friends and I are Rehoboth veterans and we really enjoyed staying at this property. Shawn was responsive any time I messaged him, and the house was nicely cared for and clean. There was plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out and relax! The location is walkable to the far end of the main drag and we took full advantage of that. We also loved the community pool! Highly recommend a stay here, we would love to come back in the future!

Great house and great little community. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

We are a family of 7 adults and one infant. The location was great - own rooms and own bathrooms for each couple and one single adult. The open floor plan on the second floor was great for eating and socializing and it is really only a mile and a half from the beach. I agree with previous reviews the pictures do not do this place justice and the hot was very responsive. Great stay!

We stayed at this property for a short 3 night stay. Beautiful place pictures don’t do justice. Very spacious beautiful decor conveniently located easy excess to everything. Shawn was very prompt in replying to any questions you had.

We had a lovely time staying at this very spacious property. It was very clean and very attractive. It was the perfect place to bring our adult children to stay as everyone had their own floor (4 stories) to sleep on with comfortable beds and a large living room/kitchen/dining room area to gather. It was a quick drive to the Rehoboth stores and beachfront and/or walkable too. We would definitely stay again : )

This property is in great condition with plenty of room. It is located in a safe & gated community with plenty of parking. We were able to walk to the beach and anywhere else in Rehoboth. The owner was great with responding to any questions & check-in was very simple. I would absolutely recommend to anyone & would definitely stay again.
