The owner where very friendly and helpful shame about the noisy shower next door, Lots of noise from building work being carried out during day

I can not say enough good things about this place. Not only were the rooms clean, tidy and very comfortable, the owners, Lucy and John were absolutely amazing! We were due to check in at 3 but we got there almost 3 hours earlier than expected, they allowed us to go ahead and check in to our room, no questions asked! Lucy went above and beyond for us. She recommended places to eat and explore, and welcomed us completely. We were needing a cab to the airport on a sunday (everything basically shuts down on a Sunday)not only did she help us to call but she arranged it as well. If you're looking for a b&b in Sheringham, I would definitely look to book with them, you will not regret it. ☺️☺️

It was a very pleasant stay. The hosts, John and Lucy were very welcoming and informative. Rooms were nice and the breakfast went down a treat.

Hosts very accommodating, Room was compact but clean and comfortable with very good lighting. Breakfast was very good. Room was on third floor so stair climb could be a problem for some. Hosts offered to carry up luggage. Location was good with short walk to train/bus station and tourist district.

The location was handy for the shops and seaside. The owners really take care of their guests, and create an enjoyable atmosphere. I'd stay there again.

When we arrived John welcomed us into his B&B. Room was spacious and comfy. They had tea and biscuits for our arrival in room. Breakfast was delicious; we chose cold breakfast as we were having a special lunch aboard Steam Engine train.

I m not normally keen on smaller establishements where you cant be anonymous but I have to say this place was really top notch. the welcome was genuine despite me being grumpy after a 240 mile drive and they couldnt have been more helpful. The breakfast was nice though black pudding would improve it!

Jon & Lucy were extremely welcoming, Jon assisted with bags & Lucy with local info and they both went out of their way to assist with everything. Warm, nicely decorated rooms we stayed on the top floor, all en-suite, tastefully renovated & toiletries provided daily. Comfy beds, everything you need & a complimentary bottle of water every day. Breakfast lovely fresh fruit salad & choice of home made jams & preserves, greengage was our fave!! English breakfast cooked to perfection. Few mins walk to town & beach. Characterful 3 storey house and minor renovations by no means detracted any enjoyment of this lovely house or our stay. Recommended you stay here.

I stayed for one night and was pleased with my single room at the top of the house. Small room but clean, warm and everything I needed. Breakfast was plentiful, good quality and tasty. The refurbishment is not yet complete so there are some unfinished bits and pieces but nothing to spoil my stay.
