The lifts were not working when we arrived had to used dusty service lifts which were always full. Found ourselves being stuck on a floor for 30min to 2hrs. Tried complaining to management who was very rude and told us there’s nothing he can do. Could’ve really appreciated a heads up prior to our stay

Absolutely nothing. We only got to find out that the property was on the 22nd floor the day before we could stay and we could not get refunded back.

Nobody told us it was on such a high floor

Great location, Smart TV and good Wi-Fi. Sea views from the balcony. Close to many shops and restaurants.

Using the keypad was extremely difficult to use. The instructions were easy, but getting the keypad to display the nos was difficult. At times it took me over 10 mins to get the keypad to work. No extractor fan in the bedroom (where the was no ventilation). The handles on the drawers were broken. Contacted owner on the morning on Booking.com with no response from the owner. Cannot share in any of the facilities of the Radisson hotel as you do not get an access card. Had to ask security constantly to let me in. Stayed at room 2107.

Its a new self-catering apartment with modern appliances, fridge, stove, microwave oven, washing machine and drier in the kitchen. There is good wifi and a smart tv. Nice sea views from the balcony which is accessible from both the lounge and the bedroom.

The bedroom was a bit hot at night. The air-con was struggling to keep the bedroom cool.

The lifts were out of service most ist of the times We had to use the Service Elevator most of the time and it took for ever to come and when it did come it was full of Workmen all the time Should have sorted all these teething problems before hiring out to Guest Parking is far especially carrying our luggage all the time And access to the Mall as well no tag was allowed by Radisson Blue Hotel

Location is perfect, just alot of noice outside and construction noice outside and bacteria in the water, couldn't swim in the ocean

The accommodation was the best!

I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't toothpaste to brush my teeth, which is a basic necessity required. Also, that the accommodation didn't even provide basic essentials like coffee, tea, sugar etc.

Everything was clean, neat. Staff was friendly. Parking was excellent and secure!!! I will return!! There are restaurants on premises, spas, and excellent views of the sea. Loved it The booking agent was very helpful.

only the access from the mall into the Resident Blu hotel foyer if u staying in the oceans residence u cannot gain access into the resident Blu foyer from mall as u need a hotel key card to walk through to get to the oceans residence
