The place is located in the heart of center of the city. Had lots of restaurants nearby. Easily accessible to port, buses. Checkin was super easy. Elissa (the owner ) provided all the details before arrival. The property owner was super friendly and was responding to messages very quickly . All the locks are automatic. Safety and security is well maintained. The rooms were neat and clean. Water available 24/7. Hot water was available for shower.

I stayed in Executive suite. My room was opposite to the main entrance and when people dont lock the door, the door used to make noise and it used to disturb our sleep. Also the room door has glass on top part and the light from outside used to shine inside the room. I couldnt maintain the room pitch dark while sleeping.

Excelente custo benefício. Praticidade do self checkin. Boa comunicação com anfitrião. Localização excelente.

Air conditioning and wifi worked well, there’s a little kitchenette to use, and the beds were comfortable.

There’s no fans in the kitchen so it gets really hot there

The check in was smooth even considering that we arrived at 4 am. They have codes in the doors so that you can check in when you want. We never saw the staff in person, but the communication was always smooth and fast though chat. The location is perfect and the room is really good for it's price

I hate to say like this but for those from U.S. and Europe this is as close as you shall experience in Amazon. Ah, I to say it like that. Amazon is different and should respected as such.

The code system for entering the property was difficult to navigate, especially for someone who has never encountered this kind of digital code box and arriving at night. Visitors should ask the management for detailed instructions.

The location is excellent and the check-in went smoothly. Everything was hands-free as they did not have a reception. They give you a code to enter the main door and another to get the key to the room. The room is nothing special but great for the price.

The room is basic, but as I said, the price is right. The shower is right in the bathroom. Like almost over the toilet which was weird. That said, a perfect spot for the day before and after entering the rain forest.

Excellent location and really nice facility. No street noise but noisy guests could be a problem. Very basic, but everything was fine.

It was a little challenging gaining access as the host is not at the property.

This room would have been good for 2 people but definitely not 3. The location was decent and close to the theatre and lots of restos.

First of all, we had little to no communication with the owner. We only received automated messages about check in and check out. Secondly, when we arrived we were shocked to find a double bed and a small, thin single mattress on the floor in a room which was advertised for 3 adults. This was simply unacceptable, we had better beds in a hostel down the road. Additionally, we hated the fact the bathroom was a shower room which meant everything got completely soaked and didn’t dry until the next day due to poor ventilation. We were unable to access the small “garden” as the door was locked in our bedroom.

The only thing we did not like is having to pay 40brl pr day to store our bags. The price is a bit excessive for a city where many people are doing multiple day Amazon tours, so this should be a free service, particularly if you stay there again when you return, as we did
