This place has the potential to be SO good. Yes, I slept well ; shower was ok and location spot on. However , the room is showing significant signs of wear and tear , very dated design and in need of a total paint job. Door at bathroom also needs replacement from water damage to panel. Room generally clean , but could also do with a more intense clean. For example , found a big hair band behind one of the moveable chairs. Black out curtains really not up to the job. Far too long for the window and gaps in the design the leaves the early morning sun enter the room. I would have liked to see the standard of the other rooms ; it may have been that this one is just well used. Come on , get that room redecorated and show the true potential of your product which could be right up there.

The apartment itself was fine, clean and exactly as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. You will hear noise from the street. Unfortunately I had a bad experience cleaning in. I had chosen to pay some of the money on the day of arrival however they asked me to pay via a link on whatsapp which immediately felt like a scam. I had to contact expedia to confirm its reliability. I had contacted them to request early check in (an hour beforehand) which they stated would be £25 which I felt was very steep for an hour, but as I wasnt in a position to afford it they stated they would try have the room available for me at 2pm. I arrived at 2, then insisted i pay via the link which i did. I was then left waiting outside for 2 hours for the room to be available. I unfortunately had something booked for 4pm which meant I missed it. There were other people waiting for their rooms too (questioning if it was a scam as we hadnt heard anything). Eventually cleaning staff showed us there was an office down the road, and when we spoke to them they advised they were really busy so rooms were not cleaned yet. I was repeatedly told "10 mins or so"... I was quite upset as I missed what I had booked and they did try and accommodate me but this was after 4pm (1 hour post advised checkin). Just a really bad experience unfortunately so I cant say I would reccommend to anyone. It really ruined my weekend which is a shame as its a nice place.

The layout was okay, had a kitchen, shower room, sitting room, bed room and patio. I contacted the property 2 weeks before my stay to inform them there was 4 guests staying, as the booking only showed 1, but didnt recieve a response via email, my friend tried to call but couldnt get through. We had to pull out/set up the sofa bed ourselves (which was fine) but there was lots of old food under the cushions of the sofa and sweets stuck to the matress cover. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. There was also rats running around in the patio so we were hesitant to leave the door open. Wasnt worth the £280 we paid for the night in my opinion for the standard of the room.

There were no blinds on the sleeping area rooflights so sleep was disturbed early. Major cleanliness issues on furniture and within fridges and cupboards. Crockery not washed well.

Lovely central place - perfect for a weekend stay with good facilities and helpful staff. Room was fully clean when we arrived and came with plenty of amenities

Great Epic Team. Lovely apartment with a kitchen. Clean, tidy, comfortable and good WiFi if you’re working online. Plenty of hot water. Good sized TV. Tea bags and shower gel please not together obvs!

Asks for a huge deposit of £250 and still not refunded after check out. We stayed for 3 nights no change of towels or bin. Poor lighting and facilities. The room was in poor condition and the double bed had 2 mattresses which kept drifting apart. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great location, but had issues with check in process. Never received any check in information even after numerous attempts to contact via messages and emails. Finally got the information after I called them on the way to the hotel at 17:00 on the day of arrival. Room and bed was very comfortable. Could have added some basic extras like milk sachets for the tea/coffee and soap/handwash. WiFi was non existent, the WiFi could not be found on my iPhone. Stay was adequate for our needs.

Generally, it was pretty good, nice distance from the attractions. The place was let down a bit by the number of cups and glasses Only for one person, even though it is obviously a room for two. There were no spoons, so we had to go shopping to effectively furnish the place. They’re all bits of damage around the place like the TV for example had a crack in it.

I arrived evening time for "check in. This apartment hotel operates key lock boxes so it was no issue. Room was nice, spacious, smart TV wasnt functioning, to be clear it had no internet connection so was null and void. My work iPad to the rescue. It was a one night stay, I enjoyed it.

No sugar or spare toilet rolls & was expecting twin bed option so ended up upgrading & paying extra as un-refundable to rebook at cheaper price :-(

A difficult 3 night stay. Advises that it sleeps 5 but the pull out couch needed to accommodate the 4th and 5th person was unusable. I don't see how anyone could sleep on it. And even if the bed was ok, it was located in the living area and there were no blinds on 1 of the large street facing windows (close to floor to size). Luckily we only had 3 staying so no one needed to use that room for sleeping. Couldn't have stayed if 4 or 5 people. The AC unit wasn't working and when on, made a horrible noise. 1st night we tried it as we arrived late in the evening and couldn't sleep due to the noise. When we realized it wasn't working, we just sweated the following nights. Staff were friendly, which is why they didn't get a 1 rating. While friendly, they had to be reminded multiple times for each request (towels, a fan due to aC not working) and so were not actually helpful.

Excellent communication prior to stay and very pleasant to deal with. Assisted with a bag drop whilst room being cleaned. Apartment was clean and a good size with superb facilities. Lighting a bit dull and needs an extractor for when time spent in shower. Unfortunately there is building works on next door at present and they started early.

My stay was somewhat spoiled by the fact that I didn’t read small print and was later asked for a £50 deposit. Upon my arrival I checked in which was quite well explained despite the convoluted key in the lockbox scenario and as I was in a hurry, I dropped off my cases and went to my already late for appointment…. when I got in late at night, I noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which, with the benefit of hindsight worried me somewhat in that, if it was considered, I had been smoking (something which I do not do) I would be liable to lose my £50 deposit so as I write this review, I am somewhat anxious to see the £50 deposit return to my account unscathed and it is this feeling that leaves me needing to give this review in less than five star account.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is an issue with cleanliness as we found used towels and various other items on the floors. The beds were clean.

Only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights and nothing to put on the floor. The bathroom was in pretty poor condition. We were told to park in a particular car park to get discounted parking, this wasn’t the closest but due to the promised discount we parked in the advised car park, when checking out Sunday morning we asked how to apply the discount to be told they didn’t do this anymore. The hotel is in a great location and was very easy to access with the information sent through via WhatsApp.

Everything was paid for the hotel, including the security deposit. We arrived to the hotel around 9:30pm to no one being at reception, no answer when tried calling to get in. We went to the hotel on seel street and one of the staff called someone from the hotel, who then took us back to the hotel, only to find out the security deposit didn’t go through so had to pay it again. We wasn’t told about getting an email with a code to get into the hotel. The guy was helpful with getting us into our room. By the time we got into the hotel it was 10:30pm, we were soaked from the rain to then find out we only had one towel, so we had to buy some more. The sofa bed didn’t have a sheet on so we took it off the main bed. Surely if the hotel knows there are 3 people they should provide for all of them. The beds were comfy and the kitchen facilities were really useful.

Fabulous location Very comfortable bed A couple of utensils/cups /glasses were missing but they were very quick to correct this.. Excellent communication for check in . Disappointing you do not get a discount from the local Q Park as we were charged a whole 2 days but were only there 1 1/2 days

We stayed in the Mini Penthouse. There was everything there we needed for our family of 4. Was spacious, lovely rooms and two shower rooms. Location was brilliant not far to walking distance to the main town and events. We organised parking just behind the apartments for £20 for two nights. Everyone was friendly and always there if we needed anything more with regards to our apartment. We would stay again

Staff were very helpful and pleasent. Had an issue with bed linen not ready for check in and some covers were ripped. Sofa bed matress was stained in places. Overall average and passable. Would love to stay again if bed linen and cleanliness/ decor were replaced/updated.
