When I search for a vacation rental I look for three things: safety, cleanliness and convenience. This property has them all, plus much more. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit for anyone staying in or near Seattle. Great owner communication.

Our family of four came to Seattle from North Carolina to experience all the PNW had to offer. We hit all the major spots and it was so easy from this safe, convenient location. The unit had everything we needed; was easy to cook, shop and hang out.

The property was so very nice and clean and had everything you needed for a 3-4 day stay from cleaning supplies, toiletries, plenty of utensils and dinnerware. My only suggestion is a few more towels (there were five us and three females so we tend to use two towels per female!) and maybe some kitchen tongs for cooking, but we made it happen otherwise, washed towels daily and they provided detergents which was a bonus. The area was a great location, not too far of a drive to all the touristy downtown stuff but also its own vibe with all the shops nearby. Communication was fantastic and check in was seamless. It was a lovely and very comfortable stay and would definitely rebook if we ever make it back!!

We brought our family of five for a five night stay, and the house had everything we needed! It was very clean upon arrival, and the parking was located very close to the front door. The kids were able to stay on the bottom floor, which gave us some privacy on the third floor master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also very quiet. The location is great, just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. We would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay in Seattle!

The property was fantastic. Great location and view from the deck. Space was perfect sized for the five of us (5 adults). Beds were comfy and it was very clean. Convenient to downtown and Seattle area. Would highly recommend.

Really nice neighborhood. West Seattle is such a nice area with quaint downtown area and beaches close by. Condo was great. Rooftop terrace was so nice and can see Mt Olympus.

The property was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood, however its not very kid friendly, and they dont have a lot of things to cook with like salad bowls or pans for the oven. Also you share a wall with another unit so it can be VERY loud at times and the neighbors you share a wall with have a dog who isnt very quiet. I think there could have been more towels/washcloths but other than that, it was very relaxing, clean and open. There are 2 flights of steep stairs so just keep that in mind for elderly and kids. Had a good time all around though 😊

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Super clean. Great communication from manager. Free parking spot was is a big bonus in Seattle. We were two couples and everyone was very happy. Would stay again!

This house was everything promised and more! It was immaculate, beautifully designed and decorated, had everything we needed and more! It was within walking distance to Lincoln Park - if I lived there I would be walking there every evening to see the sunset! It was extremely obvious that the host wanted to provide nothing short of excellence for their customers! The bath towels were fabulous, the kitchen was well stocked, and ALL of the beds were incredibly comfortable! The host went above and beyond with easy-to-follow instructions for finding the property, locating the parking spot, set up a personalized door code, and even provided a check out checklist! The water view from the rooftop deck is beautiful! I can't wait to visit in this beautiful property again!

My family traveled to Seattle to attend a wedding. While we found this property very nice in many ways, there were things missing that I have never found missing. For starters, there we no washcloths in the bathrooms. We had to go to Target and spend $5 to get some. That was inconvenient. There was no iron or ironing board. We generally do not like to show up at a formal event like a wedding wrinkled, so the men in our group sent their dress shirts out to be pressed. That was very inconvenient. There was no traditional coffee maker so we had to buy pods. There were only three coffee mugs for five people anyway. If there is an ice maker, it did not work, and there were no ice trays. Other than that things were great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Moderna in West Seattle. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, and with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it is spacious and accommodating. The neighborhood is great for walking to coffee, grocery stores, and restaurants. Alki Beach is just a short drive away with great walking and more fun restaurants. The airport is only a 15-20 minute drive. The condo has 2 flights of stairs which was not an issue for us, and it was clearly stated in the description of the condo that the stairs should be taken into account for anyone with mobility issues. We would definitely return to this property when we visit West Seattle again. We loved it!

This a beautiful home and it was very clean. It was a perfect location near the zoo, aquarium, and Pikes Market. The communication with the Property Manager was great. The only small problem was I took my 78-year-old mom on this trip and the stairs to get to the second-floor kitchen and living room were a bit a much for her. The washer and dryer are on the third floor near the master bedroom and were not easily accessible to everyone. Other than the stairs, it was a great place to stay in a nice neighborhood.

This was a great condo for our family vacation. Condo was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the West Seattle location. West Seattle has a great vibe and a nice beach, yet it's a short drive to downtown Seattle.

Good location & decent amenities. AC was nice to have. Unit looks to be new so in great condition. Loved the kitchen appliances! Comfy beds. Easy to access the unit and really nice to have a parking spot.

The property was awesome, very clean and excellent view from the roof top. Easy access to get to Seattle and surrounding areas. We went to Saltys seafood restaurant, very good. Just a suggestion, even though not necessary it would be convenient if there was a iron and ironing board. I would rent this property again in the future.

We had a lovely time at Casa as we celebrated our grandson’s graduation. Casa was clean and comfortable, and our balcony view was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and charming.

Owner was good with communication. Easy parking in dedicated space near entrance. The condo was well stocked for light kitchen use, had comfy beds and a killer roof-top deck for relaxing! Oh those views never get old! Just be prepared for lots of stairs. Living space-kitchen, dining and living room—is on the second floor. The bathrooms are located on the first and third floors. The master suite is on the third floor along with the washer/dryer, which was a great location and wonderful to have. The final set of stairs take you to the little piece of heaven on the roof! Don’t miss it.

Beautiful property in a great location. Walking distance to many fun restaurants. Easy to communicate with property manager and fast response. Easy access into property and off street parking available for our rental car. Seattle is an awesome city, loved being back, if only for a short visit!

This property gave our family enough space to settle in during our Seattle trip. It's tall with lots of stairs, but it worked well for our needs. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great (near shops and restaurants) and included a small but useful parking spot steps away from the door.

This was a comfortable place for a multigenerational vacation. It was clean with lots of natural light. Folks with mobility issues be advised that access to the main floor requires walking a flight of steps. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery store.

We really enjoyed our stay here while seeing the sights with our daughter and grandsons. It’s clean, comfortable and located in a neighborhood not too far from Seattle points of interest. This was the perfect setting for our family and the property manager was super helpful.

This light filled condo in West Seattle was perfect for our stay visiting family in West Seattle. Everything was clean, brand new, and comfortable. The decor was great, and the place was very well equipped compared to other vrbo’s we have rented in the past. The location is great…very walkable to stores, coffee shops, yoga studio, etc., and easy drive to the West Seattle bridge, 20 minutes from SeaTac. It was too cold to use the roof deck but it is lovely and has a nice view of Puget Sound, zeasy checkin/out, highly responsive hosts. Highly recommend this place.

The property is a 3 level home with very comfortable beds. That is the most important factor for me when it comes to traveling. There are 3 levels to the home so stairs should be factored into your stay if that is an issue. We were there for Thanksgiving so we figured that allowed us to eat more pie! There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the first level with plenty of room for up to 4 people. The second floor is spacious and is laid out well for a party of up to 6 with a kitchen/dining and living room. We were there to visit with family that recently moved to the area and the location is quiet and about 15-20 minutes from the space needle and pier area. The Third floor is the master bedroom/bathroom and laundry closet. It was nice to have space between us for relaxing. There is a wonderful rooftop view that captured the fall colors wonderfully. This worked well for our family.
