This is one of the worlds best hotels. The setting, the style, the building, the class are all phenomenal. We found though that the staff are the hotel's best and biggest asset. The friendliness and ultra high service standard of Rana, Khairi and all the staff in the Club lounge were the highlight of our stay. Gastronomy staff a close second. We need to plan our next visit.

조식 레스토랑은 넓고 좋고 제가 좋아하는 다양한 연어요리와 방류는 월등이 많았지만, 실질적인 메뉴수는 다른 국가들에 비해서는 부족해 보이는 아쉬움이 있습니다.

This is the utmost luxury in every corner of the property. Team working in Atlantis makes you feel “ royal” in every possible way, starting from reception through restaurants and housekeeping . We loved our stay and will be back

Very new, clean and well taken care of. Front desk and housekeeping staff were great. The whole team at the breakfast is amazing. Highly aware. Great customer service and great support each and every morning. They operate everyday at a very high level. Thanks again Anna and your entire staff.

The family pool is great. And they give you free ice cream and free waters and there is always a few guest that think just because they stay at a nice hotel they have no obligation to clean up after themselves or their kids. People leave trash and papers and cans and then the pool staff can sometimes go a few days before picking it all up which is unfortunate. It all starts with the guest. However I would expect the pool staff to be a bit more aware.

Location is good with many facilities and restaurants

We had bad experience where our room had very strong paint smell and it took the hotel 3 hours to change the room during which we had to go out. Hotel compensated it but we asked for a night extension in a discounted room which the hotel didn’t give as we wanted to stay more since we had not get enough time because of the paint issue in the room. Fridge in the replaced room had also problem where it was not open and they opened and when they left it was not closing till morning. Hotel service is average and delays most of the time.

Everything is clean, the staff is amazing, oriented customer satisfaction. We enjoyed a lot. We spent a very good time and we celebrated Eid and weddings very nicely. Our experience is a success!

The price of the buffet for kids is expensive they are not eating a lot. They have 8 & 12 years old and they are eating one plate of pasta some bread and one ice cream. 150 aed each its a lot. No teens kids club and sustainable activities for 8 years old and more. No access free to Cloud 22.

An amazing hotel which really focuses on the experiences. From the multi-cuisine breakfast, to the breathtaking rooms & views of the palm, there is nothing I can fault. You pay for what you get at the end of the day, and though this hotel is extremely expensive, the experience is second to none. I highly recommend trying out some of the in-house restaurants including Jaleo & the Royal Tea Room. Use the free sprinter to get to the Atlantis, The Palm and check out Nobu as well!

A big downside for me is that there is an additional cost to use the rooftop pool - Cloud 22. I understand that the hotel want to keep this exclusive, but not offering any deals or discounts to hotel paying guests isn't right given that we are already spending a lot of money to stay at the property.

Unbelievable Breakfast!

We wanted for nothing - made to feel like celebrities at every opportunity! Amazing gym, pools, restaurants, water park and aquarium. The staff made our stay celebrating our new engagement incredibly special - fruit baskets, Prosecco, cakes, chocolates - all complimentary. As well as all the restaurants! Made it phenomenally special!

Look - the price is on the high side - but you can make the most of the facilities included with the room (late breakfast, nobu by the beach sunloungers for free (including water and sun cream), aquaventure etc. We ate out 2 of the 4 nights we were there and room service the other 2 (we didn’t need lunches) spent perhaps another £500 on top of our stay. You can spend silly money - (£1000 an hour for a JetCar watersports!) but you don’t have to (still jealous my fiancée didn’t let me). Other than that the only negative is that all the pools close at 7pm apart from the very top end upsell cloud 22 (I hear it’s sublime) which is a bit annoying - as a salesmen I get it.

The view was great, the hotel venue is impressive with its designer stored, the room is nice, the breakfast was extraordinary

It didnt feel like a luxury experience, there were many instances where service was lacking. Starting with check in, we asked the concierge to inform the beach club that we would be 20min late to our booking and he said he didnt need to but I insisted and he said ok (we got to the beach club and were informed by an irritated staff member that nobody called on our behalf). He didn’t tell us where breakfast would be (I had to check online). The lady who walked us to our room walked us in the wrong direction. I requested a cake for my husbands birthday (which were were there to celebrate), the cake was in our room with only 1 plate and set of cutlery (we are obviously 2 people in the room), there was no personal note or greeting alongside it. At a luxury hotel, I wouldn’t expect to be inconvenienced and disappointed like that. At some point I had ordered some room service and then turned the do not disturb notice on, but the waitress ignored the do not disturb and kept ringing the bell until we asked her to come back later. I also faced issues with their booking team for the rooftop lounge/pool as they changed their fee policy between the time of my booking and the date, which I resolved with the manager after arguing, and they offered us an upgraded bed which was actually really nice I just wish I didn’t have to go through that process. We spent 1 evening and 1 day at that lounge/pool and the service was consistently lacking, we were served food without plates and served an incorrect food item without an apology as if we were in the wrong. There was a drunk man in the pool who kept moving back and forth from the pool to his cabana and shouting at his wife, it was a huge scene and it longer than necessary for the staff to remove him from the venue which was really uncomfortable for us to be around.

Service was outstanding. Facility was amazing! Restaurants had excellent service and food. Spa service was one of the best I have had ever.

Честно говоря, после пребывания в отеле у меня остались смешанные чувства. Точно не могу поставить ему наивысшую оценку. Начну с минусов: мы прибыли за час до времени регистрации, но пришлось ждать до назначенного времени в 15:00, однако наш номер так и не был готов. На наши вопросы о сроках ожидания и причинах задержки ответа не последовало. Мы ожидали на рецепции, менеджер подошёл, но проблема не решилась. Мы были расстроены, однако затем нам позвонил Кевин, извинился и предложил нам номер лучшего класса, так как наш оригинальный номер не был готов. В ресторане Nobu к моему вину было приложено несколько претензий: вино принесли в пролитом бокале. Уборка в номере в первый день оставила желать лучшего: оставшиеся пустые бутылки и тарелки так и не были убраны. В греческом ресторане, несмотря на обещание хорошего столика, нас сначала посадили возле кухни, в углу, хотя в зале было достаточно свободных и предпочтительных мест. Тем не менее, после нашей просьбы нас пересадили. Ещё было много мелких, но разочаровывающих моментов для отеля, который позиционирует себя как лучший: сложности с поиском нашей оплаты, бронированием столов. Однако хочу снова поблагодарить Кевина, который помогал сглаживать эти моменты. Среди плюсов могу выделить: отель действительно очень красив, номера шикарные, завтраки на 10 из 10, рестораны предлагают вкусные блюда.
