Recently renovated with all the latest comforts of home! Kitchen appliances and functional layout make it a great place if you decide to cook your own meals. The hosts are wonderful and easily reachable with any questions or recommendations.

Really lovely house just 10 minutes walk from St Andrews. Tastefully decorated, well appointed although do read welcome pack re locking/unlocking front door and use of the microwave! Ideal for families, in a really quiet cul de sac. Highly recommended we'll definitely be back. Host is a lovely guy too, very responsive and helpful.

Littlecourt is situated in a quiet residential area in St Andrews. It is a 15 minute walk from the centre of the town. The property has 4 good sized bedrooms and is very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean with good quality linen and towels. Marwan the owner was extremely helpful and very approachable. We would definitely recommend the property for a stay in St Andrews.

We were having a full family visit to see our daughter in St Andrews. Arrival at the house was easy with digital lock on the main door. Parking for 2 large cars as well. We were all impressed with the house. Great bedding and towels, brand new kitchen appliances and crockery etc. nice TV and Google home smart speaker with sky, Netflix etc. effective heating and great showers. Perfect as we needed access for my mam and so the ground floor bedroom and bathroom
Worked great. Large comfy beds meant a great night sleep for all. The neighbourhood was quiet if a bit faded and the outside areas of the house need some upgrading, but handy for Town and the beach and we all loved the accommodation:
We will be back. Only other comment is there needs to be a sweeping gush and vacuum please
