Spacious and clean for group of 6 and facility to prepare meal in kitchen

The rooms were not set up for the number of guests so we were short of toilet rolls, mugs and towels. After a long trip it was not great having to make up 2 sofa beds. We received an email asking about our visit before we visited which was quite stressful as I thought I had booked the wrong day!

Good communication and was able to check in earlier. Comfortable double bed

We requested a travel cot but unfortunately this wasn't there when we arrived. Luckily staff were still around and able to sort this for us. The building itself was noisy with the front door banging all evening. The bright green exit lights in the rooms were difficult to sleep with plus the light blinds during the summer months.

Excellent service all round cleaning lady was excellent in helping me was made to feel very welcome and comfortable will definitely come and stay here again and will also highly recommend this place to everyone

There were no negatives for this property, we were very impressed with the location. Property was clean and comfortable. Facilities were spot on Couldn't fault anything.

There was nothing not to like.

Host sent info with directions and access codes etc in advance, and was very responsive, helpful and polite when answering questions etc. It was clean, location was fine, beds comfy.

It felt like staying in uni halls or a youth hostel. Very noisy guests in other apartments, coming back drunk late at night and leaving early without consideration for others. Smoke alarms going off because people burnt food in the shared kitchen. Soundproofing was non-existent! Host was quick to respond to both issues and sent someone out to quieten them down but it was generally more like a youth hostel/student accommodation than a family stay. No control over the heating…all apartments on one thermostat which wasn’t accessible to us. It was really warm, had to have all the windows open.

couldn’t park no heating till evening then on all night floor sticking and very dirty no hot water at all in the morning to shower

very clean and stunning layout and furniture. felt very luxurious/special!

it’s a bit of a walk (10 mins? or 15?) to the seafront and harbour park.
