Tolle Lage! Mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig. Top sauber, gute Ausstattung. Der große Balkon ist ein zusätzliches Highlight.

Tastefully decorated. Everything worked. Nice balcony with a nice view. Close to town centre and beach. Our hosts were very helpful and easy to contact and their office was not far away so a face to face conversation made things even easier. Cascais is a lovely location.

Nothing to do with the hosts or the property as such. There were builders working on the property directly opposite our balcony. There was nothing unreasonable about their noise or conduct but it did make it slightly less comfortable sitting out on the balcony in the morning or throwing the windows wide open.

Best location, right in the center of the old town but on a quiet street in the back, walking distance to beach, restaurant, train/bus station. Large balcony.

a topper for the third bed is a must

Just returned from Cascais. The apartment has everything you need including cleaning products, first class crockery etc. Modern inside but with character. Very near to the restaurants and beach. The staff were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend for 2 people.

The drains sometimes smelled a little but to be expected as you are in the ancient part and a little bleach solved the smell.

The location was unbeatable and the patios were awesome. We thought the apartment had air conditioning but it actually did not. We opened the windows at night but it was still a little too warm for comfort. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable, the sitting room was a good size too. Having a washing machine was really handy. It also had a fridge and freezer that came in handy too.

The check in/out process was more of a hassle than it needed to be. I understand having a security deposit, but it would have been nice to use a credit card hold instead of cash. Also, the Welkhome service does not charge through booking.com, they send you an email to pay through a different site. Not difficult, but not as easy as it could be paying through booking.com. They also charge a fee if you check out outside a specific window. We knew about it beforehand but it was still a bit of a hassle. Overall, it was an excellent place but a few of the processes were more complicated than they needed to be.

Great location in the old town with a short walk to the beach and good eating places. Comfortable bed and nice bedding and towels. Good to have a large outside balcony too.

Although excellent shower there was a bit of an unpleasant smell from time to time. Think the extractor fan did not work properly.

The apartment is located at 3 floor without elevator .
