location and clean hotel

Although, I checked out two days before my stay finished ( without any refund). The front had no clue that I left, I asked the reception for the final invoice before I left and it shows it I fully paid( with extra credit for the two nights I didn't stay). I received emails & calls saying I didn't pay for the breakfast and some coffee. Moreover, I paid for airport transport to the cash to the driver and obtained a receipt from him. The claimed that I didn't pay for the transportation. Fortunately I had copy of all the receipts and sent to them

Nice new building but that’s about it. The service is so terrible that a nice building doesn’t help.

This is a beautiful new piece of real estate but the service experience is so terrible that I would never put a foot back into this hotel. Rooms don’t have any tea or coffee station. The restaurant team does not know their room service menu and needs three phone calls to get an order right. The laundry service does not know how to separate dark items from bright items and sent me stained things back without apology or notification. Upon complaining, I was held at the reception for so long that I ended up missing my flight. No willingness to reimburse for the damage aside from a 10 dollar refund for the laundry service even though the item had a value of more than 150usd. It took almost 2 hours to negotiate getting a 50% refund. And on top of that I was asked to repay for accommodation cost my company had already settled via transfer because the proof of payment provided may be fraudulent. Lastly, the pool is much smaller than it looks on the photos so if you are a swimmer it’s not worth coming to the hotel for this either.

Staff were absolutely pleasant and the rooms super clean and comfortable. I got upgraded without asking and location was perfect to most of the places I wanted to visit.

The gym was very disappointing and needs to be worked on a little bit. has only got 3 machines and no equipment, if you are working and looking to stay active, consider ensuring you have access to the gyms close by.

Honestly speaking, everything was perfect!

Beautiful 5 star hotel ambience with even more beautiful staff! Extremely professional and pleasant from each department. From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay! We will most certainly return when in Nairobi again and have already shared with family and friends.
