The caretaker was very hospitable when we arrived later in the day than expected. The cottage was lovely; however, shower is definitely small. Rooms could be dusted down occasionally... webs on walls and many spiders (3 bites on me). Beds were mostly comfortable. Very quiet location... if you need "white noise" to sleep, bring your own small fan or noise machine. All in all, very happy with this place.

Really lovely and right next to a pub, who could want for more. Excellent location.

The owner bent over backwards to ensure I was comfortable. My only recommendations would be the wifi isn't the best, and I had to take trash to the base to throw out because there was no where on site. These are simple fixes. I would definitely use again.

Very difficult to locate in the dark and lowner not very helpful when i eventually managed to get through on phone.

Had a lovely time in the Apple tree cottage loft, for those stating there is no mirror (it's in the hall way and is detachable lol). Had an absolutely lovely stay and was excellent value for money and Sian was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended

Nice lady, property we stayed in was lovely and clean with fresh bedding and towels, everything we needed was in property large flat screen TV and WiFi, very comfortable beds.

Lovely host, really nice property and very accompanying. Woolf have been an excellent but bathroom needs a bit of attention as moldy sealant and cobwebs but nothing major. Would certainly visit again

It’s a pleasant, roomy spot with parking off street. We stayed in a cabin attached to the main house. There is a little pub nearby and a friendly pup called Ruby.

On the face of it a great deal however Hotels.com can be a tad confusing, its only after I had booked I realised the room had a shared bathroom. I expected a typical Bed and Breakfast experience but there was no cooked breakfast for me. The hotelier seemed very nice and welcoming and the room I stayed in id due to have its own private bathroom so maybe I will give it ago a again next time im in the area.

The overall stay at Apple Tree cottage was adequate. There were substantial amount of cobwebs around the cottage and there were good quantity of spiders and moths on arrival. The shower was incredibly small and just not very easy to wash with. The cottage however is pretty and was very close to the village centre. The WiFi was good and the cottage was well equipped with tv and cooking items etc. I was not aware at the time the bathroom was shared for the size of venue separate bathrooms would be better.

We stayed for 1 night after attending a wedding, booked through Expedia. The hotel wasn't aware of our booking on arrival, but managed to sort it for us. There was another couple who had also booked through Expedia and the info given to them by Expedia had sent them 30 miles away from the location. Again Sian the hotel owner sorted everything for them, she also wasn't aware of their booking. However Sian made our stay excellent.
