Comfortable, clean, obviously a new enterprise.

Needs some more lighting downstairs. If you don't have a car it's a long walk with luggage( take the no 50 bus, the stop is just round the corner from intercity). There's no lift at the moment.

Place was clean and hot water available.

The main stairs was treacherous!! Too step and you could easily fall if not careful. No handrail. Also no emergency exit running man signs or fire prevention equipment. Danergous place to stay in from a safety perspective. Would fail any city fire inspection!!! Room had no fans or AC. Room was roasting and very uncomfortable to sleep in.

A very good budget friendly place, rooms are clean and have all the necessities you need. Host's family was kind enough to let us check out a little later. Overall stay was great. 👍

Stairs going up were a little small and steep so just need to be careful when going up and down.

The BnB takes place on the second floor of an abandoned second hand shop. The apartment wasn't clean and didn't feel safe.

Clean, warm and tidy, good value for my needs.

The stair case was the only negative, I managed ok, with carrying a big bag up and down but really had to take your time anyway on each step. If you came out of the toilet door too far, you'd end up badly hurt at the bottom of the stairs. I got used to them but others might not be so lucky as I wasn't aware of the steepness & narrow tread until I looked up. People with walking sticks or hip, leg injuries might not be so comfortable.

Very good equipped kitchen. Multiple toilets. Very low price. Had no problems.

Security wasnt taken very seriously.

The location is far from the city center, and not easy to reach. The room is cold with no means of heating inside, but only one heater for the entire house, which is not enough. The walls are too thin that any sound outside is clearly heard. The landlord has a big family staying at the same house and often it becomes too noisy. Sometimes it is difficult to communicate with the family members as some of them do not speak English.

The room was dirty, we threw a drink can away that was left in the drawer from the previous customer. The building itself was overall in poor condition, it looked like a earthquake prone building. The living room was messy and had personal items like letters lying around. Some areas of the building seemed like it's for storage.

Clean and suitable for my needs.

Host was very responsive and very proactive in giving instructions on where to park and how to get to the apartment.

Big clean room with comfy beds and basic furniture. Good wifi. Close to town centre. Very friendly host. Late arrival possible.
