The apartment was perfect! It was clean and well maintained. The location is amazing! We were able to enjoy the place thoroughly and almost everything was available at a walking distance. Would definitely recommend this to anyone! There is some noise during the day. But nothing that is not bearable. At night, the noise dies down and one can sleep peacefully.

Excellent location, the street is really fun and lively, full of great stores. The window shades did not block out the morning light. We were up with the sun. The trash trucks coming through the alley at 5:45am did not help either. The apartment had a noise machine in the main bedroom but I don't tend to use them. Denser or darker roller screens would help. The main bed had a comfortable firm mattress, however the pull out sofa was very thin, and had plasticky springs. I asked for an additional cover/layer for the mattress of the sofa on the Sonder App and it was delivered the same day. Contactless check-in means that there is literally no one at the premises to communicate with in person. Room maintenance can be booked, efficiently, through the Sonder app. The website description should not burry the information about the absence of an elevator in a 3 story hotel at the bottom of a wordy small print description. It should be highlighted as absent in the amenities section. I had a package delivered that must have been dropped off in the secured lobby but all occupants go through there. We never found it. There is no one to accept it. Do not use the address for any package delivery. I verified on the app prior to sending the package and was mistakenly reassured that I can send a package there. Must be a centrally managed messaging center that is very responsive but in my case didn't realize that this property doesn't have a front desk of any sort.

We loved the convenience of the location and access to the T's. However, the property was very noisy - not just the street noise, which was expected, but there's a constant whirling sounds throughout the day (like a washing machine on spin cycle), even when we turned off the fan/heater. Also the heater is very strange, we would set it to 75 and wake up to it at 85℉.

Loved being right on Newbury St. We had a great time exploring Boston and then having dinner right on the block.

I am not super familiar with Boston, but this suite was in a great location. Only about a five minute walk from Copley parking, and about a 20 minute walk to Fenway. There were lots of great little shops all along Newbury where we stayed, and tons to do. The suite itself was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We are planning to stay again, and I’d definitely recommend this air B&B to other travelers.

Newbury st is a beautiful street. Place was very clean. We loved being next to Shake Shack! We enjoyed our stay!

4pm check in could not get an earlier check in Had to download another app to use Sonder property fill out extra forms for ID verification. Communication through app is not helpful when using bots. Made reservation for 4 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a large couch in living room but no sheets or blankets for 2 of the guests who ended up using towels for bed linen. Used washer/drier to wash clothes but drier didn't work so ended up bringing a load of wet clothes home because I didn't have time to visit a laundromat to dry the clothes. Expected much better service/communication for the high price charged.
