Staff was kind

I felt scared to stay there because of the location and the kind of people staying there. Also the room looked depressing :(.. Motel 6 is A LOT cheaper and where I feel safer.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly, informative, and helpful. Parking was good, with plenty of room for my truck and small trailer. Clean facility, and nice comfortable beds.

They said that in their policy it said that they couldn't give you my deposit if I was late for checkout they're lying because I checked out their deposit their policy and it didn't say nothing about being late that they were going to take my deposit

I don't like the fact that the guy gave me attitude and just walked away from it when I was talking to him

Staff was friendly. Easy to talk to and get along with.The motel can use a good maintanance man , for the room itself it could use some new paint and carpet. Tile would of been a better choice. I wouldn't mind making all the repairs myself in exchange for a low weekly rate.

I liked the area where this motel is located which is in Ontario Ca, its very peaceful not loud and there is a 7/11 very close to there which is nice. When I first had got the the motel I noticed that they have a sign outside the office letting people know the motel is under new management. You can really tell that they are putting in lots of effort and work to make this a great motel. The service was amazing the manager is very friendly and social. It was more than I expected when I arrived at my room where I found it to be far more spacious and clean than other accommodations in the Ontario and pomona area I have stayed in in the past. The room was clean and spacious with a nice clean bathroom and a TV, what else could one ask for?

There was not one negative thing I experienced here at this motel. I only stayed here one night due to work but I had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back and share my experiences for others to read.

this place is very quiet clean room are perfect size and the staff here are very helpful and do there best to meet what ever needs you may need I highly recommend this place for anyone to stay love it here thanks

there is nothing that I can say that I didn like about the sands since they have new management

I liked that it was quiet and the rooms were big. The housekeeping and the staff were really excellent and doing. it was just a good stay and everything is just nearby so that helps.

Friendly staff

Clogged sinks, stained showers, urian smell in restroom, and NO HOT WATER, plus a crack in the door I can stick my finger threw

After reading the reviews I didn’t know whether I should still come and stay tonight but I did anyways I noticed that the place is under new management and management was very kind and helpful. rooms didn’t look like the pictures here on google. The rooms were clean and the whole property was nice and lit up. I had a nice stay here and was a safe area truly recommend this place.
