Everything is sparkling new and beautiful with a lovely pool area and garden. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Its definitely time for a rooms renovation. Place was clean and well maintained but showing its age. Great location - short walk to El Paseo

Check in staff was friendly and kind. The room itself wasn’t in good condition. First night we found bugs in the bed and the second day our stove wasn’t working so manager came out and helped but on the stove top itself had holes which is very unsafe. Our room also smelled like gasoline when we returned at night. We were offered to love to another room but it was an inconvenience to move our luggage and stuff to come to find out that stovetop had same issues. Plenty of parking but the rooms are very outdated and unsafe. The cleaning ladies were friendly and accommodated us very well. I would not stay here again.

I stayed here for Stagecoach and the location was perfect distance to the shuttle I was taking. I like that it isn't too close or far from Empire polo fields. It is a very cute hotel and has so much potential!All employees were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the bathroom however was definitely not acceptable as there was clearly visible mold. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned well In a very long time. The bed, sheets and the rest of the room was clean. I would love to stay again next year if the bathroom issue is fixed.

Stayed in room 3 for e nights. The bed was very, very soft and not comfortable what so ever. The carpet and chair had stains. Other than that the room was fine. Love the Over-all retro feel!

Great property in the Palm Desert area. Staff is super friendly and the price is just right. While on the older side, it's still clean with nice amenities. It's defiantly a place we'll stay again in the area.

I absolutely loved the grounds and location of the Mojave Resort. The Manager was so nice! I loved my stay here and will definitely be back. It is an older hotel so it was what I expected as far as upgrades or cleanliness. The only cleanliness issue might be the carpets could you a good cleaning, outside of that it was great, I just wore socks inside. I loved the community and courtyard feel. All the rooms have their own little outside seating are, you can wave at your friendly neighbors. Very comfortable! Loved this cute little gem!

Comfortable stay close to shops and restaurants. We appreciated having a kitchenette so that we didnt need to eat out for every meal. We enjoyed the hot soaking pool.

We stayed an up to date room that be appeared to have been recently renovated. It was very spacious and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable! The resort ground and pool were quite pleasant and well kept. The office person was courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll come back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend over the BNP Paribas Open. We loved it so much. We had a room with a king bed and a little kitchen. There was plenty of space and it was so nice and bright. Everything was clean. We had a view of the pool, mountains, and palm trees. We loved it and I didn't want to leave! I will be returning!

Very nice guy checked us in and checking was seamless. Room and the property is very dated, but cute! Door handles loose and couldn't be tightened. Carpet in gross condition. Walls, bathroom floor and other areas pretty dirty looking. Really not sure how this has a Google rating of 4.5. we were told that a major renovation was taking place in May. Good to hear as this resort desperately needs it, otherwise, we would never consider coming back.

The prooeety was retro and fun, nice pool and spa, nice touches in the room, very quiet. Carpet was old and stained, office closed too early but all else was perfect

Beautiful mid century modern vibe. You come into the property through a gate and enter a lovely garden and pool area. All the rooms face the garden/ pool. Lots of big windows and very spacious rooms. The bed was very comfy. The room was showing it's age but we were told at checkout that a remodel will begin in May to replace carpets, repair problem areas, etc. Would definitely stay again.

If you want an affordable stay in Palm Desert, the Mojave Resort is for you. The price is great and the resort grounds are beautiful. Plus, the rooms are clean and quiet.

Upon arrival the outside looked a little sketchy, we thought it was going to be a nice little spot due to location being near the high end shopping district. The inside of “resort” looks ok pool looked clean. Room was old, bathroom is old, shower was moldy, bed was uncomfortable, carpets were stained. Room had back door to a dark spooky looking alley way. As I tried to do my hair the breakers popped causing tv and lights to shut off and flicker. Made management aware and they didn’t seem too worried about it. They “fixed” it but it was a temporary fix. They’re positive was this place is getting a renovation in May which I agree it most definitely needs.

Convenient location. Check in was quick and getting to the room took little time. Love the set up of rooms all facing into the Pool area. We only stayed one night but would be a lovely place to stay longer.

Everything was clean. The heat pump was so noisy we did not use it, so we had no heat other than from a bathroom heater. We were fine but not that comfortable. There was a tower fan in the closet that would have been great in summer but was no help in winter. Internet was ok. We wanted a place that was clean, quiet and safe. Better maintenance of heat pump would have been a 9 rating.

We loved this Hotel except we understand they are closing in May for renovation which it needs badley. The bed was so uncomfortable glad we were only staying one night. Hotel needs updating, but we will stay when they reopen.

Friendly staff. Great night of sleep. Just a short walk to El Paseo road for Food, drinks and shopping.
If any recommendation for improvement would be to replace the well worn and used
carpet.
