While it was a relative new hotel, the front staff are not very professional and either friendly. The male staff doing 10pm shift is really poor in his attitude.

Had a nice stay in Triple E. They cleaned rooms everyday. It was pleasant to see the room well kept (towels changed, toiletries replenished) when we go back after a day out in HCM. We were also given a room in a high floor with view which I requested for. Location is also good, situated in a relatively quiet but centeal area in District 1. Lots of restaurants, spa, salon nearby. The only thing that can be improved: 1)only 1 key is given per room so we had to ask reception to swipe card for us in the elevator when one companion is left in the room and has to have the only key inserted for room electricity 2)free coffee is served only between 730am to 230pm when guests are out on tour. Hope free coffee can be availed any time because for a coffee drinker like me, i still enjoy drinking my coffee late at night. Overall a good and pleasant stay. Thank you Triple E

Clean, modern, stylish hotel within walking distance of all the 'action', yet still quiet enough to be able to relax. Quality bedding, comfortable bed, efficient aircon, good security (need digital room key to operate lift) and attentive staff all make this an excellent choice for a visit to Saigon.

The staff here are so nice. My room had a great view, it was on a quiet street and everything was very clean. I'd stay again the next time I visit.

The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location, a stones throw from the popular places in district 1, yet it is in a quiet neighbourhood. We got around mainly by walking and grab(when its too hot in the day). The room was clean and big enough for 2 pax.

Convenient location for one night only. Room was 8 th floor, lift stopped at 7! So cases had to be hauled up the stairs! Not good.

Nice and quiet respite against the never ending wave of traffic in Saigon. Walked to all major downtown attractions and shops. The quiet room, great bed, and free movie channels were worth the couple extra dollars.

It was an easy and convenient location to walk to places to eat and the musuem of fine arts. staff were friendly, helpful and a generally quiet area. I felt safe and there were no issues walking out and back later at night. will gladly stay again!

It's a little bit far from Japanese restaurants area.
The door of bathroom cannot close properly and the outside is likely to be wet always.

Everything is perfect except the morning buffet. Only a couple of choices. Hotel right at the center of the city.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, it was the highlight of my mornings. The location is also good as it’s close to Ben Thanh Market and the Bui Vien Walking Street, if those interest you. Close to lots of food and drink options and plenty of spas and nail shops around.

Love the hotel, not immediate walking distance but not too far away either. Picked this so it’s quieter. Room is super nice. LOVE the bathroom. Super nice staff, front desk, check in.

We had a great stay at Triple E. Easy to get to from and to airport. The staff were friendly and the amenities were good. Good value for money. The location was also good to access various interesting spots of the city by walking.
