* Good Central.location for Bradford, particularly for Bradford City FC. * The lounge and two bedrooms were tastefully furnished with good wardrobe space and the wifi was fast with a good signal.

* Both double beds had thin, hard, and uncomfortable mattresses and each of our pillows were very thin and airy. * A limited amount of kitchen utensils and cutlery (e.g. only 3 knives, forks, spoons?!), so we had to improvise when cooking for ourselves. * There weren't enough towels provided for my family so we had to share. * The bathroom sink was highly unstable and not attached to wall completely. * An excessive amount of rubbish was in the back yard including food packets and cigarette butts, and a lot of refuse binbags attracting flies in the rear parking area. * There were a LOT of flies in all the rooms on arrival - we had to open all windows and keep the blinds/curtains drawn in all rooms to get them out. * The lounge TV didn't have any channels on it when we first turned it on, even freeview and standard terrestrial TV.

It was clean, spacious and communication with the host was fine.
