I did not stay at the chateau Canmore and your company charged my card. I’ve reported this to the fraud unit at my bank. This is a disgrace you would even charge my card without any reservation. This online is a scam!!!

Nothing! I’d not ever stay with this hotel company or hotel. Minutes of the booking it was cancelled by the hotel agent. Date was wrong nor were there any rooms available. To see I got billed is the worst experience I’ve ever had. After what I’ve experienced I reported this to my bank for fraud and your company should be so Ashamed to charge such a fee when it never was booked. You need to refund my card immediately for $103.00. Call and find out for yourself. This is beyond unpractical business practices online. Maybe your agents should get this figured out before it gets escalated by the ATB fraud unit. Wendy Hamel

Swimming pool entry procedure, male staff at reception not co operative mainly when we ask some info he refuses all the time, not smiles at all

Bus stop outside of hotel with direct bus to Banff. Town centre had lots of shops and restaurants. Canmore is a beautiful town and had its own stunning hikes that are well worth doing. Nice to stay away from the hustle and bustle and crowds in Banff. Great views of railway and mountains. Room stocked with tea and coffee

But costly for quite a basic hotel

Access to other floors limited. Only one elevator and could use stairs

Good location, quiet

Too expensive for the facilities. Very run down hotel. The drainage in the shower was terrible. The carpet looks like it's never been cleaned before. Lots of stains on the curtains and carpet.

The fireplace and vaulted ceiling

No recycling bins in room. Only garbage can was in bathroom.

Super beautiful room! Bed was super soft! Staff extremely friendly! Hotel is a 15min walk to the town center

The hallways were boiling hot! The AC in the room was alright, could've been stronger

It looked nice from the outside

outdated, disgusting carpet, wallpaper looked ugly like there was a leakage or something, soap in the bathroom was cheap, there was a used paper tissue and an empty water bottle behind a nightstand

Location close to town centre. Very spacious bedroom, including small sitting area. Superb gym, with small swimming pool. Laundry facilities were very useful. Excellent breakfast option at Chez Francoise next door.

the sofa bed has a cover but I’m not sure if it was clean and freshly changed. I went to use their hot tub and now I have a skin irritation from how dirty their tub is.

Size of room, location.

Tv wouldn’t connect, staff tried to fix it but no luck. Hot tub left my white bathing suit stained yellow. The garbage and fridge wasn’t cleaned out in our room from previous guests.

There is a separate sofa room. Beds are comfortable. Shower is strong. Location is excellent. There is an elevator.
