The apartment was in a residential area, very quiet and nice. The overall size is quite generous, with an open space livingroom and kitchen. The bedroom was also quite nice, good space for a couple of days. The bathroom was a bit on the small size, but we managed ok for a few days. You have 2 supermarkets in walking distance (about 5-10 min). The kitchen had pretty much all you could need for a stay, fridge, microwave etc. The check in/check out process is very easy, but pay attention as the check out is a bit earlier than in the most places we've stayed so far (10 am).

The bathroom sink was extremely small, so even if you were extra careful you would still get water on the floor :( But it wasn't such a major inconvenience for us, we still enjoyed our stay.

The bed, the tv, and the water pressure in the shower/the showerhead had three settings.

We had no idea the apartment was a basement apartment until we received instructions to pick up the keys. That information was not in the booking info. We would not have chosen this place to stay if we'd known it was in a basement.

I liked how close it was the groceries and GRS Montreal. Having a kitchenette with all the tools to cook. Large tv with hdmi port was very nice to hook off our Nintendo switch. Shower head was hung nice and tall, didn’t have to duck to shower.

Walls are very thin, could hear the neighbours constantly. Was quite cold in while sleeping, only 1 additional blanket in room and it did not cover the whole bed. Also someone logged onto tv in our room remotely, had Spotify blasting and 100 volume so had to rush to turn it off. Whole toilet was loose, whole toilet spins on ground. Plus toilet paper is too tight to roll off wheel, ended up just taking it off.
