Ótimo hotel, equipe muito educada e prestativa. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Quartos grandes e limpos. Localização perfeita, perto da principal estação de metrô de Montreal

Friendly and helpful staff, especially with the language challenges. Comfortable beds with sufficient pillows. Very nice Best breakfast buffet, with lots of vegetarian and NON PORK options. Great location super close to metro. Only complaint was constant construction across street, but there seemed to be constant construction everywhere in Montreal, which is not the fault of this hotel.

Located within a walking distance (15 minutes) from old downtown Montreal, and from Saint Denis St. (5min), with many restaurants and bars. The room was ok. Nice breakfast
The window in the room cannot be opened, so it creates a problem with ventilation in a closed space. The room is only cleaned every other day, but in our case it wasn’t cleaned during our entire stay (3 nights), even though we asked specifically to clean it. The parking is around 500 meters away (15 $per day).

we stayed 3 nights and the room was never made up and no new towels during that 3 days. This is the second time that it happened the same to me in Canada.

Very clean and comfortable room. Shower was the best we’ve experienced in a hotel. Good location. Good breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially staff on the front desk. We recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we visit Montréal again.
Room sometimes became a bit dry when the air conditioning was on.

Personnel accueillant et disponible à toute heure. Le petit-déjeuner était très diversifié, et tout était très frais. Il y a aussi une petite boutique à l'accueil. La chambre était confortable et propre, tous les équipements sont modernes. L'hôtel est placé à 2min à pied du métro Berry-UQAM qui est relié à toutes les autres lignes de la ville, mais on peut aussi faire l'essentiel du centre-ville à pied (15min du Vieux Montréal, 30min du Parc du Mont Royal, ...). La rue passante est calme, et on n'y entend aucun bruit la nuit, ni à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
Une odeur de fumée de cigarette a envahie la chambre les 2-3 premières nuits. L'incident a été signalé au personnel de l'hôtel. J'ignore si quelque chose à été fait, mais le fait est que l'odeur ne s'est plus manifestée.

Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. La situation géographique est exceptionnel. Hotel idéalement situé et très facile d'accès. Idéalement placé pour découvrir la ville en transport. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.
Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes car les fenêtres ne sont pas très bien isolées. Mise à part cela je ne vois rien à redire. Tout me semblait correct pour une semaine sur place. Encore bravo à toute l'équipe.
