Location and the king size bed

For the price we paid the hotel room was kind of dated and could use an update

smelled good the minute you walked in as well as being greeted by the professional pleasant staff

the restaurant was very short staffed

Staff was kind, professional and helpful.

The sauna was broken. Hotel was a little run down.

It was clean I live that it had a restaurant on site.

it was pet friendly and according to the clerk at the desk no records are kept of what room pets has been .

Clean and good location

Our rental CRV got stolen. we parked it right in front of the hotel but accidentally in a blind spot of the camera. Car theft is not that uncommon in Montréal so please be careful. The front desk lady was not very friendly. The gentleman seemed to be nicer. VERY LOUD NOISE at night. we stayed on new year some people had party next to our room - it really bothered me and I couldn’t sleep for the entire night.

their service was good

They billed me $40 extra on my bill as they stated i used their Restaurant. when i asked them to double check, they stated it was another room. but if i would have walked out without looking into my bill, i would’ve been charged extra. and they called me at 1 in the morning to check what was my name. so that was not really good.

The location is good

There were Christmas parties held in the hotel two days in a roll during our stay. It was just too loud and still two late. We couldn't sleep until it finished around midnight.
