Was a great stay, a charming house and the place had all the little things one might need: dishes, coffee maker, utensils, etc. this is likely not their only property and it shows. Would go again!

Very nicely appointed cottage. Loved the backyard with all the amenities. The kitchen was functional and fabulous. I appreciated the achievement of a charming antique design with comfort and practicality.

Cute house, loved the location and backyard. Floors and doors were weeks so woke each other up when going to bathroom at nite. Husband was not a fan of sitting areas or stools in kitchen..too heavy. I loved how well stocked everything was and the beautiful cups and plates were a wonderful touch. Our friends are making reservations with you for July or August. I thought cost was reasonable. Thank You!

Very nice stay at the property. Was able to walk to downtown and restaurants very easily. Great breakfast place just around the corner.

It’s hard not to gush about this place. It’s everything! From communication to location to cleanliness, decor… this is the pinnacle of good hosting, excellent access and ease of check-in/check-out. We just didn’t want to leave. Nothing is done half-way here. It may be the best-equipped stay we’ve had, and the extras from the back yard with a large dining space and a fire pit were like icing on a cake. Perfect for 1-3 people. Much lovelier than the photos!

Our stay was wonderful. Great location in relation to historic Prescott. We enjoyed the decor of a nicely restored older home and the private outdoor areas allowing us to enjoy the winter sun.

This cottage is absolutely charming! I loved the original 1940’s doors and flooring in parts and antique armoires. Beautifully decorated. Lovely patio out back. Updated kitchen filled with anything you need. An absolute gem!

We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return! This home is absolutely beautiful with so many thoughtful details, pretty antiques, and modern kitchen and bath. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Both home and yard were immaculate. Instructions and check-in/out were quick and simple. Easy walk to downtown Prescott and short drive to Watson Lake. We loved everything about this home.

Location is great. Neighborhood was quiet. House was perfect for 2 or 3. Very clean, comfy, cozy, nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked. Seriously loved it, just what we were looking for.

Very very clean home, nice and quite neighborhood, close to downtown, everything worked as expected and I will definitely be staying at this house next time I’m in Prescott. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay in your home. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close enough to walk downtown although we decided to drive since we stayed during a rainy weekend. We come to Prescott often and will be looking to rent this home again in the future. 5 ⭐️

This adorable property is a 2 bedroomsuite with a jack & jill bathroom connecting the suites. The luving room is open to a gourmet kitchen & laundry. It was historic blocks away from the famous Whiskey Row and a quarter mile from an awesome park, playground, and splash pad our family enjoyed. The entire house is fenced in and made us feel at ease to let our children play outside in the beautiful Prescott weather. The home is loaded with every amenity you could need or want for your family. It is well decorated with antiques and modern luxuries. 5 star rating!

Beautiful house! Meticulously set up, attention to detail everywhere, extremely clean, pretty and comfortable furniture and beds. Very pretty yard too, with dining table etc. Will definitely return. 5 stars!

Perfect spot for our family of four with nice yard for the kids. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked and everything was very cute

We loved the place so much that we want to reserve it every time we are in Prescott. The house is beautiful, the area is perfect, and the accommodations were perfect.
We rented the space for my wife and I, as we helped our daughter move out of college for the summer. She joined us the last few nights in the second bedroom.

It has that wow factor as soon as you walk in the door! Beautifully furnished. The kitchen has all you will possibly need to make your meals special! My husband is a tv buff. But no local channels available. Lovely yards, front and back. Very quiet vintage neighborhood. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thank you so much!

Beautiful small house very close to downtown. We stayed there with our daughter who enjoyed having her own room. We loved having a lot of space with a full kitchen for less than a hotel room. Easy parking right in the driveway! The washer and dryer were helpful too! The only thing I would add to the house is a hairdryer. 5 stars!!!
