The man that checked us in was very nice, we were towing a trailer and he showed us where we could park it. Very safe area. Breakfast buffet was extremely good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Only 2 years old Very nice hotel Be careful around the pool area as tile is extremely slippery I believe they will be changing it in December Old town Williams walking distance and very cute town with lots of shops and restaurants

Overall, we were satisfied, however there were some issues. 1. The morning of our check in, we woke up to a fraud text from our bank. The hotel tried to pull our payment at 3:30am, before we had even arrived. Check in time wasn’t scheduled til 3:00pm so that was something we felt uneasy about. 2. Beds are extremely stiff and not very comfortable. 3. Bathroom towel are very very small 4. Bathroom door offers no privacy. It is a barn door style and does not lock or latch and leaves a gap open on the opposite side 5. Maids came way too early in the morning so we were not able to get our room cleaned the entire 3 days we were there as we were still getting ready for the day. The pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was decent and the front staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Front desk attendant was kind and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Hot breakfast included meat, eggs, potatoes along with cereal, pastries , yogurt and fruit. Coffee was also good. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Outstanding

Staff were very nice and professional. I am handicapped and had an ADA room which probably needed some tweaking. Staff were responsive when I pointed out a couple of minor things about the room, so they may have already fixed them. I had to use the shower seat and it was very difficult to stand up because of the orientation of the grab bars and no textured mat on the floor of the bathtub. I would stay here again, despite the minor issues.

We reserved our room as a last minute choice to stay in town. Check in and out staff we very kind. The room and bathroom was clean and nice, our floor was a 100% smoke free floor. We really appreciated that since we had our 1 year old with us. They also offered breakfast in the morning, that was nice. So we can grab a bite to eat before drinking home. Overall we would 100% stay here again

It was clean and comfortable. It’s also nice to have breakfast provided. It’s nothing fancy, but it definitely does the job. Can always count on Hampton Inn.

We spent Labor day weekend and it was a fantastic and pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, plenty of amenities, convenient, excellent customer service and staff is friendly. They just made the extra effort to make sure our stay was pleasant. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

The gentleman at the front desk Lester, provided Exceptional Customer Service. He was very helpful in providing us with dinning options and knowledgeable of the area.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Quite convenient for going to Bearizona.

Everything went well and we have no complaints. We like that the A/C t-stat allowed for fan only at all times. The bathroom had adequate space for 2 people to layout their things. Also liked that the tub had a no slip bottom! Not crazy about shower curtains instead of sliding glass but happy overall.

Great place to stay if you're visiting the Grand canyon or up in Williams

The front staff gal when we checked in was incredibly difficult unfortunately, the breakfast staff was awesome!

The cleanliness was mediocre, there was rubbish from previous guests right next to the fridge and the blanket had a small stain. The breakfast was classic continental American. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Overall, really good. But the beds are hard and for some reason the faucet and the taps are on opposite ends of the bathtub so it’s a bit awkward having a bath!

From the front desk to the house keepers to the breakfast staff, everyone was super friendly and accommodating! Great room, great food, great visit! Near several food places and near downtown.

I chose this hotel based on previous visits. I specifically wanted a nice room, a relaxing evening at the pool and firepit - an escape from the heat in my hometown and a retreat for my husband from his 6 day, 58 hour work week. We checked in, and after the clerk had accepted payment, that's when we were told the pool was closed for the evening. At breakfast the next morning, the toaster was down, and the plain waffle batter dispenser was also down. This hotel is relatively new, and this was such a disappointing visit, considering my last two stays were excellent. Here's hoping that they come back up to their previous standards.
