Location was excellent - tram stop right out front.
Great offerings at breakfast.
Room was nice, our view was a painted wall but that was ok for one night.
Pool was amazing!!
Highly recommend a stay here as a couple or family.

Location was ok - good if you are going to princess theatre and quite a few nice restaurants around the area. Bedding was not comfortable and pillows too big for the bed. Service was good.

This is a lovely hotel, the entrance is a refurbished old theatre and very art deco. I had to communicate with the hotel about a package being delivered and because my arrival was significantly delayed due to flight cancellations, and they were responsive and helpful. The hotel felt a little understaffed, service slow. I was originally put in a first floor room directly above the loading bay so I asked to be moved, which they did. The new room had a balcony and was massive. There were functions in the pool area so I never got to use it! The sauna was off and with all the people around that were dressed for a party, it wasn’t the right vibe for me to relax in the sauna! On balance though, I’d definitely recommend this hotel

This is a brand new hotel so everything is clean. The staff are all very kind and smiley. The ice creams for all the kids was a lovely touch. They loved the pool not too cold to swim in during a sunny winter day. Loved all the sun beds on the roof as well. The beds were a little hard but had enough coverings to pad it a little. Learn how to use the heating and cooling so that you don’t get too parched overnight. The buffet breakfast had such a wide variety of cuisines and was absolutely delicious. Champagne at breakfast maybe because it was Saturday was lovely. The coffee here is wonderful. The location was so perfect for getting around the CBD for free via the trams. So many good eating spots nearby. We parked at First Parking Parkade for $30 for 24 hours. This is a fabulous hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

We spent nearly a month in Australia and this was our favourite hotel by far. Big clean feel good rooms, friendly service , opposite a tram stop, pool and gym opened early. Top notch! Thank you.

Great location within walking distance to lots of good restaurants/cafes. Cool, modern vibe and staff were very friendly and accomodating. The complimentary gelato was a nice touch. Pillows were abit too soft for our liking but manageable by putting extra bath towels underneath or requesting for extra pillows.

Great hotel in the top end of Bourke street with many dining options in the area. The view from our room was other roof tops but the superior double bedroom was great for a night away and the heated pool was enjoyed even in the middle of winter. We added a package onto our booking and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Our family loved our staycation in Melbourne!

Nice hotel with good facilities-room was great breakfast was good. The parking was a let down- the parking provided is across the road and down a laneway. The First Parking facility is pretty crap- very narrow and and difficult to fit a standard car in the spaces without fearing damage.

The manager was unapologetic about not providing us with the room we had booked. Booking clearly showed room with views but we were given one with a no view whatsoever rather into a bland bleak black painted courtyard. nothing short of false advertisement and the manager didn’t care. Terrible customer service. Hotel is fine otherwise. Won’t be back though. !!

The team did many little things to make our experience great! It was as if the entire team for the 3 days were on top of making sure we had a great experience and they were successful.

We had a lovely stay here.
Firstly, the service was fantastic and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is beautifully decorated with new furnishings.
The gym and pool are incredible, even though the weather was cold, we did have a dip and the pool is heated!
We did find the room way too hot though and found it hard to change the thermostat to cooler. The beds are also very firm.
Heads up that there is a very very noisy bar 2 doors down that plays music very loudly until 5am 4 nights a week. Our sleep wasn’t great on the Friday and Saturday night due to this.
If we were to stay again, I would request a higher floor (we were on 3) or the opposite side of the hotel.

The hotel is very modern. The standard room is luxurious and has everything you could need, including the three main things I value - comfy bed, excellent shower and quiet surrounds (even being literally on top of the footpath on a Sat night). The restaurant Dolly is lovely for dinner and the buffet breakfast there was wonderful. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Had an issue with the third party parking which they assisted with. Nice location up the top end of town, great for theatres, sport and shopping. Really could not fault anything and we’ll be back for sure.

It was a nice hotel but beds were extremely hard. Being on the 4th floor also made for a lot of noise outside most of the night, I think the higher floors maybe better.
Check in nice and easy and very friendly staff.
The hotel was also nice and clean but the are outside it very dirty and not so nice but that would lie with the city not the hotel.

Had a short stay, family of 4 ( 2A/2K). Room service for dinner and buffet breakfast, both excellent. Kids loved the pool. The room was clean and new. Staff were great.
