The main bed was so uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.
A Milo ice cream left in the freezer by who stayed there before us.

I love how close it is to my destinations. The cabin is cosy and relaxing.staff are very friendly ,happy to listen to what you have to say and very understanding and not pushy.i love it so much that every time I go to my comfrence once a year,I stay here.looking forward to staying here again next year same month and date.
The bathroom windows was stiff to open and could of been checked to see if needing oil to loosen it,as I had the same issue last year.bins need to be checked ,because when we moved in to our cabin we found a dirty pad in toilet bin.

The cabin we were in just for two was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was very good and the bathroom was spacious.The facilities in the cabin were very good.

Location ideal for my needs. Staff friendly
Couldn’t get heater to work. Had someone change the battery in remote, but they didn’t help with the settings and we were unable to get it to give out heat, so we went to bed to get warm

Good location, close to public transport and arterial routes into the city. Good facilities and nice people. Very busy (very lucky to get a room - F1 weekend!)
Cleanliness was not up to scratch, leaking tap in the bathroom (but they were very quick and efficient when we pointed it out). Price was ridiculous for a 2 night stay, but it was Formula 1 weekend and availability in the whole of Melbourne was virtually non-existent.

The sofas in the living room could due with replacement. They’re fine for kids, but we are three seniors who found them too low and too sagging for comfort. We did appreciate the superb beds, though!

Park was great, differently would stay again if we come back to Melbourne in the future.
Needed another bath mat specially for a 7 day stay, everything else was good.

Beds were amazing, soft and so comfortable! Even the kids beds! Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool! Spacious cabin perfect for our family of 4. Basic cookware to cook your own meals.
Activity room as listed. - we wouldn't called a ping pong table and a few kids blocks an activity room, especially when on there main page it shows a pool table.
No wifi connection in our room, we did ask them if they could boost it but didn't work.
Listed and confirmed a room with a bath, didn't get a bath and when told reception they were happy to move us but after a big hoilday in vic already we really didn't want to have to pack up and move all our stuff again.
Playground didn't have slides like the photos shown.
Over all it wasn't horrible but probably wouldn't stay again as with young kids the things we were really keen for weren't there and was a let down.
