The condo was shown online with filters. The condo is dirty, dated and needs maintenance badly. The balcony door did not have a lock. The walls need fresh paint, the dishwasher needs to be replaced. Basically it’s a 3 star motel. I will not return nor recommend this condo to any friends or family. Thank you.

Need to replace or add to the silverware and turn the hot water heater up other than that it was a great stay. Thanks

The floors were dirty, the shower curtains were VERY cheap and moldy. Otherwise EVERYTHING else was good. We would stay again. The view was great! The Lord provided BEAUTIFUL sunsets every evening!!! Which we enjoyed seeing from the balcony sometimes.

Loved the view!! Had a few hiccups and the owner got right back with us. Would love to return for another visit! Thank you

The condo was nice, it was very clean, had plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen supplies and we loved the large balcony. There was plenty of parking spaces, residents there were very friendly, plenty of elevators working great, easy access to the beach and the condo is in a great location to everything. Had GREAT communication with condo owner! There were a few things that made things a little inconvenient…….1. The light outside the front door was out making it hard to see the keypad. (I know we could have called to have it fixed but decided we could manage. 2. There were no oven mitts. 3. The ceiling fans and lights chains were VERY difficult to reach, they need to be much longer. 4. The AC had a hard time cooling so unfortunately we couldn't leave the curtains open very much. 5. We were very surprised to find out the day before our arrival that we had to go to a different location to pick up our parking passes and wristbands AND had to drive them back at the end of our stay. Plus the fact that the envelope was taped to the outside door, anyone could steal it, same could happen after we drop off to the black box. It should be more secure so people feel more safe that you have received the envelope and not worry we could be charged for lost wristbands. But otherwise our stay was nice. Thank You

Condo was just as advertised. Loved the large balcony especially early in the morning, at night and during rain showers! Played games on the balcony table and chairs!

We stayed in Ocean Villa 404. This was the best location and had the best view of the beach. We were in walking distance of Pineapple Willy's, a 5 minute drive of Ripley's/Coconut Creek area, and literally across the street from Coyote Ugly bar. Hassle free check in/out processes, and they had a very helpful, attentive, and professional staff at ZIA. If you want a peaceful and safe place to stay while visiting Panama City Beach, you found the right place for sure. My family and I will definitely be booking here in the future. We had a blast

Beautiful location. Easy access to the beach. Heated pool so no matter the weather you can still enjoy your stay. The view is the cherry on top and the patio is perfect to dine on.

Always clean. Best beach. Will be back.
