Very nice property with beautiful views. Nice, clean well equipped condo. Comfortable for 2, 3 or people. Communicatio s with both the owner and the in country property manager were excellent. Would definitely consider it again!

Wonderful experience from start to finish!!! First off, Tony is so responsive! The best host we’ve ever had. Loved dealing with him. Place is exactly as pictured. Yes it is a bit dated, but very clean and well furnished. Towels, linens, toilet paper all of high quality. Cleaning service came every 4 days which was much appreciated. Orietta does a fantastic job. Check in and check out was very easy. Michelle was also great to deal with onsite. Reason it exceeded our expectations was because of the beach! Better than described in some reviews. We went in the ocean at least twice a day. You can walk out quite far and still be in shallow water with a nice sandy bottom. It was nice not to have to leave the property. Pool area is beautiful and well equipped with loungers, bali beds, tables, umbrellas, chairs and grill which we used a few times. The whole property is very well kept. Safe, secure area. No car needed as everything is within walking distance. We have no hesitation in recommending this place and would not hesitate to return.

The condo is literally right in the middle of St. Lawrence Gap. We were afraid that the music would be too much late at night but with the air conditioning on we could hardly here it. The condo was a little tired, meaning it’s time for some new appliances and maybe upgraded furniture, but the view sold it for us. We came from Kansas, which is directly in the center of the U.S., which means the only water we can see are lakes which are several hours from our home. We spent countless hours sitting on the balcony just watching and listening to the ocean roll. It was fabulous to be able to enjoy it for ten days. We’d like to thank Michelle, the property manager, for her help and kindness during our stay. We had a few minor issues but she solved our problems quickly and with cheer. If you’re looking for a stay right on the ocean, this condo has it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host communicated well and went out of her way to accommodate every request. The place was very clean and the view was nice. Absolutely no complaints.

Was exactly what we were looking for. On the water, and easy access to beaches with all amenities. Great and very helpful staff.

If you are looking for a prime location and ocean view - this is the place. It’s just as spectacular as the advertised photo. Property Management was amazing at communication and care. The condo is beautifully appointed and we would wish to stay here again should we return in future. Being right in St.Lawrence Gap with all the restaurants at your door step + being right on the ocean = AMAZING CHOICE!!

This condo is exactly as pictured and advertised. It is modern, clean, and very well maintained, in addition to having amazing views. The location is excellent, with a short walk to great beaches, restaurants across the street, and bars and music immediately nearby. The building has on-site parking and security. Coordination for check-in and check out was clear and seamless. The patio is awesome with the best view. Barbados also has good Covid-19 procedures. That included our point of contact, who was masked each time we saw her. We recommend this rental.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying in the Gap. There are many bars and restaurants to go to within walking distance. However, the noise from outside did not travel to the apartment which was very good. There is also 24/7 security. Tony & Nicole are great hosts. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we had many questions and Tony responded very quickly each time. Throughout our stay Nicole gave us great information and was also extremely responsive. It was very convenient to stay at the same place we quarantined so we did not have to book two separate locations. They also arranged a grocery delivery prior to our arrival so the fridge was stocked while we had to quarantine. Overall the condo has a beautiful view and was very cozy. I highly recommend for friends, couples or small families.

The Good: the property manager (Michelle) was awesome. Very responsive. The view was beautiful, overlooking the ocean with waves cascading with great sunsets. As I discovered on my walks, these are not unique to this property. The Bad: Where do I start? The second bedroom had no window to the outside world, just to an outside hallway; the kitchen was poorly equipped and in desperate need for things as simple as cutlery, cups, glasses, bowls etc to be purchased (which the property manager did, but only after I complained); the hot water heater needed to be adjusted ; the air conditioners constantly turned off on their own. That was more of a problem in the master bedroom since we had to regularly through the night turn the AC back on after waking up in a sweat; the pillows and bedding need to be replaced as they are old and uncomfortable. The Very Ugly: Unfortunately during our stay, there was a leak from another unit that needed to be repaired accessing pipes from my rental (specifically the second bedroom closet). I was not told that the workers were going to rip open the walls with jack hammers (or whatever they used). More importantly, I had a number of items in the closet and room that were not removed. It was a disaster. The second bedroom could not be used after that construction. While the owner advised that I would be given some type of discount for the inconvenience, no such compensation was ever paid. Things got much worse when the COVID pandemic required many foreign travelers like me to return back to their home countries while flights were still available to do so. I had to leave almost 2 months prematurely. I learned in the days leading up to my departure that many landlords of rental properties there gave refunds to their renters. NOT MY LANDLORD. No. The vague offer from the landlord was to return the difference (or surplus?) if the unit was rented after I left. Kind of difficult to rent if the landlord doesn't take the property off VRBO as being rented! Long story, all to say that in my opinion, the landlord could have done the right thing as many other landlords were doing, and he did not. Plenty of other places on this beautiful island. Stay elsewhere.

My partner and I just finished a two month stay in Barbados at this St Lawrence Beach Condo. Fabulous! The pictures don't do the view justice and the sound of the surf 24/7 is wonderful. The complex is well maintained and Michele (the property manager) was always there to help us with any condo issue or repair. Due to Covid we spent more time than normal at home. Thus, we were happy that we brought our Chrome cast in order to watch Netflix and YouTube movies. The kitchen was minimally equipped, but with a few of our additions it functioned. Not a luxurious decor but very very functional. We still miss the dual loveseats! A car isn't necessary if you're willing to use the local buses and occasional taxi. The nearby grocery stores are walkable. As well as local restaurants. A pleasant surprise was the lovely low tide beach. With low tide and good weather, strong swimmers can have a great time. We enjoyed ourselves so much that (Covid permitting) we plan to return again this year.
