Kaz and Dave were very kind, helpful and efficient hosts. The milk and cake were a thoughtful surprise after an exhausting trip from Oxford. After some initial problems with the key safe and the Wi-Fi connection everything went very well. The apartment is modern, clean, well equipped with good local transport and the convenience store is close by. It was a little tricky getting into the shower at first. The double bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring not only Weymouth but Dorset and this part of the south coast.
We stayed here for one month and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a good place to stay on the Dorset coast.

We probably picked the hottest few days to stay at this fabulous property in Weymouth. Everything was to a very high standard. When we were in the apartment it was comfortable, very clean and loaded with facilities. We had a great stay, would like to come again, perhaps when it is a little cooler. Thank-you Kaz.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a great mini break with all that Weymouth has to offer within walking distance along the lovely sea front. Accomodation was super clean, quiet and well equipped and Kaz looked after us with some milk and a treat waiting for us on check in! Will return for sure!

This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.It is modern, clean and very well equipped. Its in a very good location and only a short walk to beach and town centre. There is also a bus stop very close by if you need it. Also close to Tesco's express (with ATM), chip shop and bakery. There was milk in the fridge and one of my favourite cakes the host had left for us, which was a very nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Booked for 3 nights over Easter , we arrived to an immaculately finished , high spec and welcoming apartment on the top floor
Obviously newly painted and furnished to a high standard with a very comfy king size bed and stylish bathroom
10 minute walk to the beach , 25 minute walk to the harbour and located near a Tesco Metro and 4 takeaways with easy parking
Kaz the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating with an early check in and relaxed check out and lots of kind touches like milk, all condiments, tea, coffee , shampoo and even Easter chocolate eggs waiting for us
Spotlessly clean in all of the communal areas this is a perfect apartment for a short or long stay.

This was a spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished one-bedroom apartment about 10 mins walk from the seafront. A perfect base to explore the Jurassic coast from - Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle and Swanage all within easy driving distance and the lovely little seaside shops and cafes of Weymouth only about 20mins walk (St. Mary St, St Alban St etc.)
The apartment is very quiet and there is a lift which, being on the 3rd floor, is great when you have luggage!
Everything about my stay was pleasant and easy and the host was as helpful as can be, messaging to check that everything was okay. Thank you for making your lovely apartment available!

Lovely apartment great location everything you need including cake and milk in the fridge didn’t like steep steps to get the key and struggled with the bath / shower but everything else was excellent would be perfect with a walk in shower but would definitely recommend to anyone kaz was a very attentive host will definitely go back

Property was lovely. I found it difficult getting in and out of the shower, this was due to a bad shoulder and knee, owner was not aware of this. Also the parking was difficult as we used the car regular.

Kaz was a lovely hoste and the property was in excellent order throughout it was kept very clean and had all you needed for a stay in it, Kaz even let us put our bikes in the cycle store in the basement and also let us in a little early as we had arrived before our allocation slot will definitely return when we next visit the area

We really enjoyed our stay, it was lovely. The apartment had everything to offer we could have asked for. Just a few steps away from the beach, restaurants and pubs. Also there is a bus stop right in front of the house. Highly recommend. Hope to see you again soon!

A lovely stay in a fantastic apartment. Everything you need and within walking distance of Weymouth. Perfect for travelling to local places including coastal towns Lulwotht Cove and Durdle Door, both beautiful and coastal walks fantastic.

The property was perfect. Ideal location, local pub and places to get food nearby. The property had everything you needed, was spotless and the little touch of a cake and bottle went down a treat. The host was friendly and kept in contact making sure everything was ok and did we need anything.
Cannot recommend this property enough. Would certainly revisit. Thank you for a wonderful weekend ☺️.

Our host, Kaz, could not have been more accommodating. We are on an unknown timeframe due to an illness in our family and she worked with us to extend our stay. Extremely responsive and helpful.
The flat is perfect for 2. All modern and new, very tastefully decorated. Very well appointed with so many considerate details which made our stay so comfortable during a difficult time. Kitchen well equipped, washer/dryer, great shower and bathroom. Bed was comfy! Right next to Tesco Express, a pub, and a bakery. Really convenient!
Highly recommend staying here!

We are familiar to Weymouth with boats, on this occasion we required an alternative. Kaz and her fabulous apartment delivered on all levels. Modern and much more spacious than expected, it was immaculate, exceedingly comfortable, it is a gem, quiet, close to amenities. Only 15 mins walk into Centre town and the same for the east end of the beach, perfectly placed. We had a self induced issue and Kaz was the perfect host with her assistance.
We will return so please look after and enjoy your stay…,
