Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. However 2 coffee machines are needed. Our room was a good size and a bonus was being able to control the heating and an opening window for air at night. A nice 10 minute walk into the square, shops and market

The location is great between Midi Train Station and Grand Place Brussels. Both about 10 minutes walk away. The place is nice and clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was big and had a normal hotel facilities. The breakfast was very basic. Fruits, yoghurt, muesli, croissants, ham, scrambled eggs, cheese, chocolate cake etc. I think the stay was a good value for money.

The hotel is not maintained in the best way. The carpets look already older, the lift's mat was too small..little things, but you can notice them.

Great location within walking distance to the train station, metro station and grand place/city centre. Comfortable beds and large rooms, nice and warm during the cold weather. Good continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

The property was great value, clean and the staff were friendly. The quadruple room was great so our group of 4 could stay together and not split into 2 rooms.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and we have a problem with the air conditioner in the room and they change the room . The breakfast was very nice

Air conditioning was shutdown or with problems. We have to use a small fan in the room to help us with some ventilation.

The AC didn’t work and the staff didn’t tell me about it until I asked for a new room. Therefore, I had to keep my windows open which allowed flies into the room. It made it very loud because all the babies, dogs and city noises.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Ten minute walk to Grand Place and train station. Staff were friendly.

A little more light in the bathroom would be nice. Also maybe a couple of clothes hooks near the door would be very handy.

hotel was excellent in every way except for one minor issue - there was construction right in front of the hotel on the street.

The hotel is good. The room is big. Check in and check were super easy. Staff is friendly.

If you arrive from Brussels Midi station, it is better to take an Uber or a cab. Do not walk. Especially in the evenings.

Room was comfortable and clean/staff was very nice and answered any questions/breakfast was plentiful and good.

Location street was a bit remote not much by way of shops or cafes open/I chose this hotel because they said they had a shuttle service to the airport, but they didn't.

Unfortunately quite noisy. had a room next to the entry door and it was quite loud every time the door opens. Staff vacuumed cleaned on Saturday morning at 7:30am in front of the door and it sounds like it's in the room.
