Great aprtment! Manuel let me check in a little earlier, which really helped. He was kind and a very nice host. The apartment is very comfortable, even without a lounge, and has pretty much everything you need. Smart TV helped so i could watch things other than Italian TV and the location of the shop 2 minutes walk away, a restaurant close by too. One of the best things is the free parking. In a city like Milan parking is rare, let alone free so this was a big bonus. The apartment is very secure in a gated and locked condominium. When you have clear skies, you can see the mountains from the balcony and the sunset from the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable too. Easy to turn the heating up or down, which is nice. Overall, it was a lovely apartment, just a short bus ride or 15 minutes drive to the city centre. A nice local experience outside of tourists. Would highly recommend.

I would have liked to have a bath, but there was no plug to use (kitchen one did not fit) and when having a shower, the screen doesnt really stop the water and doesnt really do anything. A shower curtain would make things better. Some normal size glasses would be nice to have some cold drinks as the glasses are small. I had my juice in a mug :) Everything else was perfect! I would stay here again for sure! Although i put 9 and not 10, it's not a bad thing. I just had to be honest with the couple of things that would have made me put 10. I hope to be back sometime again soon 👍

An apartment with a very good location, clean and very kind staff. I will definitely return to this apartment.

Proximité de l'arrêt de bus qui mène au terminal du métro M1, calme du quartier, commerces et services proches, facilité de parking dans la rue et sur un parking public gratuit à proximité. Appartement agréable, bien équipé en électro-ménager (grand four, lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur et plaque à induction), lumineux avec grand balcon, pas de vis-à-vis, belle vue dégagée depuis la salle de bains (stade et église). Immeuble propre et calme.

Pas une seule casserole, seulement 2 poêles à frire et une immense cocotte sans couvercle, aucun plat destiné au four alors que le four est immense... le meilleur moyen pour qu'on ne l'utilise jamais, pas assez de vaisselle, pas de bol, une seule coupelle, 2 mugs seulement, et aucune tasse à café... en Italie ! Donc pas utilisé non plus le lave-vaisselle. Pas de cafetière non plus. Pas de salon, ni de canapé, juste un grand lit dans la pièce principale, face à la télé, avec seulement des chaînes italiennes. Télévision des voisins envahissante jusqu'à 11h15, chaque soir. Immeuble mal insonorisé intérieurement, bruits des appartements voisins et du couloir Hôte trop envahissant, demandé un tracé GPS sur WhatsApp avant l'arrivée pour qu'on ne perde pas de temps, demandé aussi qu'on lui envoie les papiers d'identité, et finalement pas présent au moment de l'arrivée, attendant qu'on lui envoie un message pour attester notre arrivée... La veille du départ, il a demandé si on n'avait pas l'intention de partir avant l'heure indiquée, 10 h, pour pouvoir préparer l’appartement pour les locataires suivants. On s'est senti poussés à la porte !

My partner and I spent a very good week there. The host gave us all the facilities from before arrival (I was in contact with him a few days before, he informed us how to get to the apartment and he was very punctual to give us the keys). The appartement is spacious and perfect for two people. We will return without any doubt

Everything was excellent, especially Manuel who was the owner of the apartment, was a very friendly and nice person. He helped us at any moment. He was able at any moment .
