On arrival we were greeted by two friendly and profession staff. After check in we were shown to our rooms and even assisted with our luggage. The rooms were amazing my room was 3 and my friend the green room on the second floor. The room was supplied with bottled water in the fridge and illy coffee sachets which was nice plus all the usual tea and biscuuits the bathroom was really nice and the sofa so comfy. The mattress was really good and I caught up on much needed sleep. The staff here from the Gm to the reception, bar and restaurant team were all young but extremely professional. We ate in the bar on the first night due to an event going on, the food was really good and the steak really good. On the second night we ate in the restaurant which was really nice and the food even better than the night before. What an amazing place which we will definitely return again too. My sleep both nights were very good and the bedding and pillows all really good.

Breakfast in the first morning was a bit hit and miss but this was due to some confusion over breakfast being included which was resolved. Second day breakfast was really nice but a few more pastries would.have been nice everything else was absolutely perfect and a credit to the owners and the staff.

Breakfast was spot on and room had a great view. Loved the decor, not afraid to display taxidermy art which realky fitted the place.

The hotel is conveniently located in Malvern Hills area, with lovely grounds & garden, a spacious parking and the building itself is nice. Our room was on the small side, but confortable. Breakfast was excellent! We had cocktails in the evening and dinner on site and everything was delicious!

We have arrived during dinner time and there was nobody at the reception desk, we had to wait to be registered. But it wasn't a real problem.

Paid for a deluxe room with large double bed... it was an old, no support,standard double bed! Room was small, no wardrobe and the kitchen air vent right outside the window. And therefore noisy, With no view.! Definately NOT DELUX... nothing like the photos. bathroom looked great but tiered. And who puts the shower controls on the outside of the shower screen!! And the only place for toiletries is as far away from the shower as you could get. Layout not thought through in any way. Bathroom is in the hotel pics but the room is not. Only one bathrobe which suggests it's used as a single room

Beautifully decorated and maintained house, our superb top floor room had dual aspect overlooking stunning countryside and far reaching hills, view from bathroom also wonderful, outstanding breakfast

Don’t really want to dislike anything, but if pushed, had to wait over 25 minutes for cooked breakfast but we were on a short break so not rushed for time, and shower was slow

The restaurant was closed so there was no possibility to have breakfast but I was given in my room.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Good was lovely in the morning. Good selection of drinks from the bar. The room was amazing with excellent decor. Bed was probably the comfiest I've ever slept in! Roll top bath, ahhh it was just an absolutely lovely place to stay and I'd highly recommend it.

Minimal hot water at 9am the following day. But no big deal. I'd go back here tomorrow if I could. Lovely place.

Beautiful location, romantic place to stay, very nice and comfortable rooms (we've stayed twice and will go back again as we have found "our" place in Ledbury). Staff service is second to none, we were treated very well. Great food and drink : )

Very good location, just far enough out of Ledbury to be rural and close enough for the town's amenities. Check in was excellent and facilitated by extremely helpful staff. Very comfortable with beautifully designed interiors.

Nothing. We had to leave before breakfast started, so couldn't sample the breakfast, but staff provided a breakfast hamper for us in our room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Hadn’t appreciated on a reasonably busy road Few things that just need some maintenance - always tricky with old buildings and we couldn’t turn the radiators off which meant having windows open!!
