Very modern, clean, big rooms, parking in a city where it is complicated to park. Well decorated rooms, with a welcoming teas. Good to have a real bed for the kids. Nice breakfast, fresh and with reusable dishes also for the marmelade.

Breakfast is a bit expensive.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen en sliepen in een nette kamer met een zeer goed bed. Het ontbijt was lekker!

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt, es wird nicht unser letzter gewesen sein.

Sehr schön gestaltete Etage für bis zu vier Personen. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Heizung wird nicht richtig heiß, weshalb es auf der offenen großen Etage lange sehr kalt blieb. Ein Wasserkocher und/oder eine Kaffeemaschine wäre auch toll gewesen (fest auf dem Zimmer; wir hätten einen Wasserkocher an der Rezeption ausleihen können)

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Im Großen und ganz top☺️

La chambre était très grande et très propre. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Le personnel très sympathique J’ai visité ma fille à l’hôpital « Salem » qui était à 12 min à pied. J’ai profité du parking dans la cour car c’est très difficile de trouver des places de parking à Heidelberg.

Le café du matin était de filtre. Je préfère du vrai café le matin.

Ruhige,saubere und moderne Zimmer, mit Stil eingerichtet und sehr wohnlich. Personal und Inhaber sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Checkout nicht so früh wie bei vielen anderen Hotels. Frühstück wird separat berechnet, es geht also auch ohne, wenn man will oder muß. Lage sehr gut.

Parkplatz relativ teuer.

Tolle, saubere Zimmer, überaus zuvorkommendes Personal, ruhig gelegen. Einfach weiterzuempfehlen!!

Good 25min walk into the centre of town (but nice part of town).

No restaurant for an evening meal and no garden to relax in.

The rooms were lovely and the staff very helpful. I wish that we could have stayed more than one night. However, I have a feeling that we will definitely be back!

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was big and clean. There are nice restorers close to the hotel. And a close tram station

it was too warm - only one ceiling fan and no AC

having purchased a more expensive quadruple family sized room which stated it had 2 single beds and a double bed I was very disappointed to arrive to find that only the double bed had sheets on it. I had specifically chosen this more expensive room so that my mother and I would have beds apart from each other. when I informed the owner I was told it was a extra charge to get sheets on the other bed and that couldn’t be done until the next day so we ended up sleeping in the same bed for the full 3 nights. combined with the sewage smell in the bathroom I would not recommend staying here - instead go for a hotel in the centre of the old town and save yourself the travel time

very posh, clean and comfortable

Spacious, well maintained, clean rooms. We had two big rooms for 4 and 3 people and both had large bathrooms with bathtub, we even had a fridge and sink. The location was nice and quiet and close to public transport. There aren't many restaurants close-by but trams to the center only take a couple of minutes and go frequently. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!

There is free street parking available but when we were there, it was a bit hard to find a spot. However, the hotel also offers parking in their yard for an extra fee if you want to be sure to find a spot close-by.
