Air conditioning was so bad that it was hot and we had to open windows which helped slightly but then the noise made things worse.

On my Daughters behave because it was me that Booked the room for her and her friend. The Room with the kitchen setting was very good, because they wanted to place their food and drinks in the fridge. A plug socket was hanging off the wall. They didn't recieve new towels nor fresh toliet roll the next morning.

1. What was no good, was that the gym has been closed for the past three weeks! You advertise that the gym as a useable facility on your website, but it was closed for weeks, that is not good at all! 2. Breakfast costs a lot for what is provided (17,00 € pro Person per Tag)!! I would suggest more of a varitiy instead of the small basic selection for that price, which is expensive.

Triple room is nice and clean, the fitness center as well. The neighborhood is quite and with direct connections to the center.

The pillows and the staff - especially the couple that was at the reception on Friday evening - the hotel had issues with accessing the card from my reservation and instead of trying to figure out why they can't see it in their system when I can see it in my app, they just repeated in a very inpolite tone that I have to pay at the property (which I didn't want to do to not be doublecharged). I had to call booking.com support several times and play the messenger. Terrible attitude. The reception was also left alone quite often for 10+ minutes, so not 24/7 really.

Location good for both airport & city. Max 10 min walk to train. Same street...

Parking might be tricky... The room facing the street can be noisy.

A comfortable hotel in a quiet area. Friendly service. Clean and spacious room. A nice touch - gummies - a favorite gift for my daughter. Tasty and varied breakfasts

No kettle in the room

The room was clean and modern. 30 minutes away from airport.

The heating system was barely working, so the room was cold. Plus, the room was on ground level. If i open the curtain, it's the street's sidewalk, random people walking by.

Location, staff, ease and speed of check-in and check-out.. Bathroom is huge and lighting is great..

Nice room with writing desk and tea facilities. Comfy beds and a good chair. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is more than enough!

Easy check in and check out. 24/7 reception. Good breakfast. 20-minute drive from the airport. There is a grocery shop nearby. Large room size. Good TV and gym.

The room was a bit outdated and the curtains could not close the whole window (one was missing?). No parking next to the hotel. My request made a week in advance about a direct payment arrangement with my company has not been properly addressed.
