Staff was polite, helpful and welcoming. Our room had a nice view of the pool.

- There should have been more detailed cleaning. The top of the faucet (the handle you pull up and down) had not been cleaned, as well as the button to flush the toilet had fingerprints on it. - I would suggest better containers for hand soap as it was hard to get out of the porcelain containers it was in. - Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the breakfast. Very few options in the buffet.

Aesthetically the hotel was lovely. The communal areas and the restaurant, with lovely views, and a calm atmosphere. The rooms were up to date with comfortable beds. Staff were really friendly and always helpful.

On the surface the rooms were lovely, but functional issues. No hot water, black mould/dampness and had to pay for bottled water each day in the room. However moved room for the second night where the hot water worked but a little tired in places - dirty walls etc. The food was poor. Cold food that should have been hot. Chicken curry that was full of bones rather than chicken and overall, although staff were attentive, I feel that further training is required to ensure the small things are addressed.

Het restaurant op de hoogste verdieping is zowel wat de kwaliteit van de maaltijden als wat het uitzicht betreft geweldig. Vooral als je een keer geen rijst wilt eten kan je hier prima terecht. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en maakt graag een praatje met je. Met de Tuk Tuk ben je in 5 minuten in het centrum. Een massage in het hotel is een aanrader.

Ik vond de bedden aan de harde kant, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Het zwembad is best klein en als je er wat te drinken neemt dan word je lastig gevallen door de apen.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit großen Zimmern mit Balkon und geräumigen Bad. Wir haben ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen und hatten somit einen Blick über die Stadt. Pools super Erfrischung für zwischendrin. Der Kandy Lake und das City Center sind fußläufig, aber das Hotel selber liegt ruhig. Frühstück war lecker und auch so ist das Restaurant zB fürs Abendessen zu empfehlen. Toller Blick von ganz oben und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal!

Klimaanlage hat etwas gebraucht, bis es kühl wurde. Ist aber ein minimaler Kritikpunkt.

Super nice location right in the middle of Kandy. Perfect hotel with a beautiful view. Great spot to start a sightseeing trip. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean room. We loved everything about it!

The hotels interior was amazing. The view of Kandy from the hotels restaurant was BREATHTAKING. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find(just follow google maps). Overall the experience was good.

The meals provided from the restaurant were not that good. We ordered a mix grilled platter for dinner and it was absolute garbage. The breakfast was somewhat better in comparison to dinner.

Harder to get to and tuk tuks charge more for going up the big hill but not a problem they still take you! It’s worth it for the views and the peace you get from being up here

-Service Personal extremely friendly; -Fresh drink and cool towel at arrival; - We were too late for breakfast so it was in principle already finished and we had only 15 minutes before tour taxi came. Staff made sure that we still could drink a tea and have a quick breakfast; - we changed our booking quite late from two to only one night since our travel plans changed, this was no problem; -beautiful view from the restaurant

On a stretch of beautiful beach with little traffic. We stayed for two nights but definitely felt we could have at least stayed one more. The rooms are spatious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfasts were the best on our travels through sri lanka with a nice variety to choose from. We had dinners included which was very nice, but also might be unnecesary as you can just order off the menu and probably not over-eat and spend less, since an entree, main, and dessert was too much for us.

Our only con was that the mosquito net did not fully close as the curtains did not overlap and we were pestered by some mosquitos on our first night.

Lovely room, great breakfast, and friendly staff. In particular, Chiran who helped us with our transfers to our next destination.

Hot water was intermittent and no hand soap provided. Loved the location, but may not feel comfortable walking back from Kandy city at night, due to no footpath and limited street lighting, so rickshaw was needed but very cheap. 500 slr approx.

The room was spacious with a nice design.

It was a lousy stay; there were much lower facilities standards than four stars, and other 3-star hotels in Sri Lanka had much better standards. I booked the highest standard room with a jacuzzi working only for 5 mins. The smell of the room was awful. It stinks like sewage. The complementary cosmetics in the bathroom include only a tiny soap. The water stopped in the shower (the pipes must be blocked). The breakfast had a small choice, and everything was almost finished when we arrived. The taste was ok or too watery. We got the slippers that have been used already and just left in the wardrobe. At the checkout, the receptionist (lady) informed me that she had returned less money than she should have. She asked me to give her 500 rupees and after that changed it for 300.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Facilities are all brand new. The view from our room and the restaurant was stunning. Food at the restaurant was wonderful. The Cheff even came out to check if everything was ok. And we have to congratulate him. Good price/quality.

Swimming pool is a bit small and was being refilled while we were there. Even thought we could use it and has a nice view. Restaurant staff are not ready for tourism. We continually had to go and find them for whathever we need. Before we finished our desert one of the waiters brought us our bill without us even having asked for it. This is unfortunate because we were considering having more drinks and deserts, but it just felt like we were being pushed out of the restaurant. They should change this behaviour.

Amazing staff - always smiling, accommodating and responsive. They are also very helpful ! Good breakfast that was made just for us when there was not many people in the hotel and became a buffet on our last day as more people checked in.

The temperature of the water in the shower is difficult to adjust. The fan in our room was not there, I guess it was broken.

Front desk was so lovely, and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, smelled wonderful, and had all the necessary tools to have a great nights rest (strong AC, blackout curtains, comfortable bed, large room, and wonderful bathrooms).

Wish I could have stayed longer 😊

Location was perfect. The street is uphill a bit from town Center so a til til is a good idea for getting back to the hotel

The room was great, lots of space and so clean. We also loved the jacuzzi bath. The restaurant had an amazing view, we had dinner and breakfast there, the breakfast is fit for a king, they bring out so many options. The staff are so kind and friendly.

Bed was a little hard for my liking but still slept well as it was a peaceful location.

La ubicación y el personal aunque con matices.

Nos dieron 1 habitación con humedades, la cambiaron por otra que no estaba limpia. Es bastante ruidoso ya que barren las escaleras al lado de la habitación a las 7 de la mañana. Se nos cayó un bote de jabón, que por cierto no reponian, y nos lo quisieron cobrar, cuando en la habitación había una lámpara rota y ni la retiraron de la habitación.
