The house was perfect for our group, several families with kids ranging from 3-16. Everything was just in the photos. We would stay again.

House exactly as advertised. Was beautiful and spacious.

We had such a great time at your house! The house fit our family of 13 soo well!! The pool was perfect! We docked 2 boats out front and they fit great! The house had all the amenities we needed! Our only recommendation would be the pool house is really musty smelling. We went out and got an additional damp rid but could definitely benefit from a dehumidifier. We can’t wait to return!!

The house was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean. There were only two disappointments. When we arrived, there was seven garbage cans, overflowing with trash. Plus, flies and maggots. We asked the inspector about it and he his response was, you know how renters are. Also, people bringing a boat need to know they need lots of bumpers to protect their boat from the jagged edges of the concrete at the bulkhead.

Marathon is a great place to stay. There is so much to do and see we could have spent the whole week on Marathon. Key West was just an hour away so spend a few days down there or going out for the evening was just as easy. The house was located away from the main road enough that you didn't hear traffic or much noise which was great for relaxing evenings in in the pool.

There were 10 of us staying at the house. There was plenty of room for all us to sleep, eat and have a great time. House was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Many pluses - king comfortable beds, central in Marathon, clean house, minimal furniture & knick knacks so no clutter, 6th bedroom great & next to the house. Slept our 11 people great. Also not far to Publix, Winn Dixie & Sandal Shop.
Needs - Large pots/pans including big stock pot, oven mitts, measuring cups. We cooked as its expensive to eat out in the Keys & we are all foodies. We had 11 people & we felt the kitchen was lacking for a group that size.

Nice rental all was good except TV is app TV only , so no cable . Had to guess app ect , wasn’t a good option .

Gorgeous property, perfect location for a large family. We were a party of 13 and everyone had a comfortable place to stay. The home was immaculate. Pool was perfect. Pictures online are nice, but the place is even better in person. We had a plumbing issue happen on New Year Eve and the property management company had someone out to us within an hour. Very responsive to requests and questions. We would stay there again. Oh, also perfect for boating, the canal leads directly to the Atlantic, great fishing and snorkeling all within a quick boat ride.

This was our first year changing our vacation destination & we were not disappointed. Blue Water Paradise was perfectly equipped for our group of eleven. The newly renovated home was stocked w kitchen gadgets, comfortable seating & sleeping, great parking & a beautiful outdoor pool set up. We brought a boat & the canal was easily accessible. Blue Water Paradise had plumbing issues during our stay, but itrip was fast acting w fixing it. Definitely a home fit for several guest & lots of fun. Thanks for the memories!

6 days before we were supposed to leave for Marathon, Fl with a group of 12 people, we were informed that the place we rented had a water leak and an infestation of cockroaches. Somehow, someone was looking out for us, and this Blue paradise home was available for rent. The entire week was perfect in every way. I am incredibly thankful and would highly recommend staying here

The property was wonderful for our large family. We range in age from 2-84 and we all had comfortable spaces.
