Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our needs -- 14 people for three nights. It wasn't a big problem for us, but the ROKU TV leaves a lot to be desired: no NFL football without paying a subscription. The master bath shower has a "soft spot" near the drain on the floor, which wasn't a problem for us (unless you are buying this house), but will become one eventually. Only other annoying thing was the lack of much street signage for this very new development. Otherwise, great house in a great location!

We only had 11 people but most needed their own space and this house provided exactly that - everyone had their own space and plenty of it. The amenities were exactly as described in this gorgeous newer house. We look forward to renting this house again in the future.

16 of us went to Sturgis to ride the area and the house was absolutely beautiful you won't be disappointed

Our four kids, their spouses, and our 6 grandchildren were more than comfortable with sleeping space for us all and kitchen and eating space that allowed us to truly live life together. We were able to make all of our meals there to maximize our time as a family. The availability of the gas grill added to our cooking options. The double washer and dryer was another welcomed extra feature. The community pool was a great hit for us all at the end of our days. The close proximity to many hiking trails and to Mount Rushmore and Rapid City allowed us many options for activities for all age groups. The home was in a very comfortable and quiet neighborhood setting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time! We had 3 families with children meet from out of state for a weekend to spend time together. We used the games in the house, the fire table, hot tub, and the community pool. We utilized the kitchen for almost every meal as well and it had everything we needed. The location of the house was close to some really short hikes to waterfalls that our kids enjoyed.Our only complaints were the lack of curtains in the master bedroom and with all the construction around, there were some friendly mice living on the back patio so had to make sure doors were closed right away. Some suggestions would be to include a baby gate for the stairs and pack and play sheets.Again, we had a wonderful time and hope to be back in future years!

Perfect location for Black Hills exloring with a large family. The property is in great condition and great amenities.
