Restaurant has sent double invoices for one breakfast. the stuff in Restaurant were unfriendly. Nico was friendly first day we arrived. but disappeared for whole time we needed him. the room was very noisy. the cleaner stuff room behind our room were all the time on work. jacuzzi s water was half full after using one time. you needed to wait for next day to fix it.

Beautiful view for the sunset, easy walk to a few restaurants nearby, nice large and clean rooms with a good shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Bit overpriced in our opinion but you pay for the view and everywhere is expensive in Santorini. We fancied room service one rainy day but unfortunately unavailable as the steps are too slippy.

Pool was far too cold.

The property was gorgeous, the views are immaculate and for the price point you really can’t beat this. Fair warning if you have trouble walking or trouble with stairs this may not be resort for you as it is a lot of walking. Also, this is the highest point in Santorini so if you are also afraid of heights, like myself, it may take a few days to get comfortable. The room we booked was not what I expected it was small but very cozy and the bed was extremely soft. This was enough space for my husband and I but if traveling with small kids maybe not.

The property restaurant was good but not many vegan friendly options in my opinion, All in all the service was immaculate and they even walk around and hand out snacks while resting at the pool.

The location of the facility is absolutely amazing,the staff team serving with a smile…particularly Nikos,who went way over and above to make our stay worthwhile and for being patient with us.Our hearts are full,thank you.

The hotel style really makes you feel in Greece: Santorini white villas, faced to Caldera… just breathtaking! We stayed at Deluxe Villa, which made our experience even better while swimming at our private pool. Oh, that view from Sunset!! Staff super receptive and kind. Super cleaned and decorated rooms. Amazing breakfast with many options for all tastes. Room served breakfast also nice.

Dinner is not value for money: food was ok, but we were expecting more from a hotel like Andromeda.

Comfortable room with great views of the caldera, nice pools and lounging areas, very helpful staff. They have a spa as well but we didn't book and treatments

The hotel and staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect. They worked so hard while being friendly and considerate. It was a well oiled machine with Niko being the best hotel manager I’ve met. He clearly loves his job and enjoys helping others. On top of all this the views were gorgeous and the food/drink’s at the bar and restaurant were delicious! Can’t want to visit again.

we had the smell of sewer in the bathroom. they did try to fix but it didn’t go away.

Picked for location and that there was a Caldera view from room. The room was lovely and clean had everything could need. Room was cleaned up each day and towels refreshed.

The sun terrace by the bar was lovely but wasnt very clear where or if you could get a towel. After a few days worked out you needed to ask for one at the bar. The staff at the bar were hit and miss, some looked like they couldnt be bothered so ignored you but couple of others were very helpfull

Fabulous hotel. Great location and lovely room and pool areas. Restaurant/bar food and drinks were great.

Taxi to airport on checkout was late, so give yourself enough time. Hotel helped to solve this.

the hotel room was very clean and spacious. our room had an amazing view of the caldera . the food at the restaurant was also very good . hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful.

one day they run out of pool towels and sadly we couldn’t enjoy the sunset by the pool

Frustrated that the list of features on booking site were not actually provided. No sofa bed , no private deck and no wifi in the room in spite of them all being specifically described as room amenities. Management did not attempt to change us to the room that fit the description we paid for or remunerate us according to lower level of accommodation.

Excellent View and location. Room and Jacuzzi were looking at the Caldara.

Everything! The view was soooo amazing. Sunsets to die for! More than I expected. Staff friendly and helpful. The town is a perfect spot for exploring. Car parks close. Shop just around the corner. Lots of restaurants. We thought about staying in Oia at first but after visiting it we were so happy we decided to stay in Imerovigli. Its less crowded but has the same vibes. Just PERFECT!
