Very helpful staff, free secure parking, good buffet breakfast

Originally, it was a one night stay but we decided on an extra night. so glad we did. salamanca has so much to see. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and they have on-site parking a 15-minute walk into the old town we wort a visit for a 2 star hotel we was very impressed and would include it in any other trips we do

The Internet connection via Wi-Fi did not work. The room was a little too small. It was not sound-proof and I could hear people walking in the hallway. I could also hear their conversation when they were walking in the hallway. Spanish guests cannot be discreet, they slammed their doors and were not able to respect other guests.

Location is fine

No kettle. Dirty bathtub. No heater aircon. The gas heater is weak and will automatically shut off in the middle of the night when it was coldest. In summer there will be bigger problem since no cold aircon or even a fan. Only changed 1 towel when there's 2 of us.

Beautifully maintained and glamorous "old style" Hotel staffed by friendly professionals who helped with anything.

Would like to have had a kettle in the room and some mugs to make a hot drink.

The bathroom was not clean! You could see the orange trace on the wall.

Great staff and beds

Very loud due to plumbing noise and thin walls. I would also recommend to change the room from street view to interior.

The welcome was wonderful. Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable.

Relatively easy to find, and conveniently located a short walk from facilities and the old town centre. Accommodation comfortable, if a little noisy in the early evening due to street noise and a fireworks display (!), but I'm sure this was a one-off. Rest of the night was fine. Lovely city.

The location was very good. Enjoyable walk to Salamanca centre.

Almost only sweets for breakfast. fruits, olive oil and tomato spread and different kinds of bread would be appreciated. AC unavailable just a broken potable. fan

Great Value for money. Lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood 10min walking from the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. There was free covered parking but unfortunately our car was too tall for it but we were lucky to find free parking just outside the Hotel. Would definitely stay again :)

The area where the Hotel is located looks a bit run down and no AC in the bedroom.
