Kay and Kevin excellent hosts. Very welcoming. Own key come and go as you please. Car parking outside. Close proximity to both Lavenham and Sudbury

Very friendly hosts Kay and Kevin; greeted with coffee and biscuits on arrival. Television in bedroom but we joined them in the lounge in the evening to watch TV with them and chat. House is beautifully extended and furnished. Clean, comfortable room. Shared bathroom with hosts but no problem in accessing it when needed. Local pub within 15 min walk with extensive menu and good value food. Continental breakfast but good choice on offer and decent coffee.

Nothing to add. En suite would be ideal and is planned for the future.

Lovely property in quite location, Kay & Kev very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable room, although shared bathroom it was only with the hosts. (They are planning to build en-suite) Easy access to Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury, good facilities in village.

Location perfect for the event we attended. Hosts accomdated all our requests.

In an ideal world there would have been an en-suite-but we knew what to expect and the bathroom was immaculate.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially to my dietary requirements. Room was very clean and comfortable.
