The environment and facilities were ok.. The room was clean and spacious.. The reception in the evening were very friendly and helpful..

Noisy.. We can hear people talking n chatting outside the room.. And the water heater in the toilet are not warm..

The location of the guesthouse was great in the main village close to restaurants and cafes etc. It is relatively quiet in the area. The communal areas of the guesthouse were nice although a bit outdated, there were two sitting rooms with sofas, a dining table, lots of outdoor seating. It had a quaint rustic feel which fits in with the area. The staff were friendly and polite and offered local advice and scooter hire.

We were very surprised when we arrived as the room was the most basic and outdated that we have stayed in in 4 months backpacking Asia. We felt the price was high considering the standard of other hotels we have stayed at for the same or less value per night. The room had lots of mosquitos when we arrived because the windows are just open slats. The windows should be able to close or have mosquito netting on the outside to prevent crawlies from entering, especially as it can be cold in the evening. The room is literally just a bed, there was no wardrobe, shelves or hanging space to store belongings. The room would be much better with some more shelving, hooks or drawers/wardrobe as there is space for these. The room could be decorated better as it is a harsh blue colour and needs updating, it would be much better in more neutral bright colours. The bedding was a wool blanket and old dated red sheets, this should be refreshed with some plain neutral duvet and sheets. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable. The bathroom is just a wet room which needs updating, and the window was always stuck open meaning it was cold. There could be some free toiletries as given in other guesthouses. There is no fridge or air con/heating here, just a fan so it may be hot in summer. Scooter prices were much higher than the shop in the village which was a shame as we would've preferred to hire from the guesthouse. A few simple cheap changes to the rooms could make a huge difference.

Mr. Jeki was really helpful and made sure everyone was comfortable. He also allowed us to choose a room as we were going to stay for more time. They provide bikes and free tea coffee. Even after we checked out, we were allowed to stay in the common area, which has a sofa. The area is close to all the necessary services like restaurants, cafes, laundry and bus station. I recommend this place if you want to enjoy this hill station in a cottage kind of place. A detailed video will be uploaded soon on YouTube @GetUpdatedNow

There was no intercom, but it was not really required since someone was always around to help. Blankents shall me thicker or more in number.

Everything was good staff man Jackie was very good he is very co operative.. Overall everything was nice worth of money

Room near the entrance is very noisy, hear the voices of passers-by. At night there are people chatting until late at night.
