Very very basic hotel with outdated rooms, we only stayed overnight. Breakfast same very basic.

For a basic hotel, it still seems overpricedl

Absolutely nothing. I don't know who gave this good reviews. II stayed here because it was close to a relative. And the train was close Since I did not drive.

The hotel is right next to the train tracks. So you hear the train all night land if the train is not running you here, cars going over the rails. Staff leaves every afternoon for the night, So there is no one there. No air conditioning, No fridge, The t v screen is basically a computer monitor With only a few channels. There is a indian restaurant, And grocery store behind in the parking lot. Absolutely nothing else within walking distance. As soon as the sun comes up the room heats up terribly. Unlivable conditions and did not feel safe at all. Finally had to book a different hotel And lose the money I paid since It Was non refundable even under the circumstances.

Never have we slept so bad. And we are not picky sleepers! We got transfered to another hotel wich had awfull pillow and the air in the room was dense as tar.

Awful customer service! Absolutely dreadful and would never want to go again! The main doors to the hotel locked up after 11pm with no one at the reception. We had to call them via phone to say we can’t get in because the key/card detector was defective. They took 15/20 minutes to get to the hotel to open the door and spoke in a haughty tone with no apologies. Disgraceful!

I liked the hotel location it was near the train station, super market and had a carpark

Very dirt, uncomfortable beds, rude staff, no One at the reception after eight in the evening, got locked outside of the building at 12 am keycard wasn’t Woking, lift not working, bathroom drainage not Not working, water cold very dirty carpet,

The staff were extremely rude and provided poor service throughout our stay.
