John was a wonderful host! A few bumps in the beginning but but he had them taken care of immediately. The house was spacious, with lots for the kids to do. This was a gift for our family to all be together. We had a few unable to come, but those who were there are planning for next year.

Brought the family for a week of fun and didn’t regret it! Great price for an awesome place! Loved the layout and the furniture. Such a fun theme! Close proximity to all the Dollywood fun. We would love to come again!

Our family of 10 adults and 9 small children had a wonderful time and had plenty of room. We went for a long weekend. Had a nice hike at a nearby park and day two was a rain out but good thing there was much to keep the kids busy and a sound proof game room lol;). The owner was quick to answer a couple of questions I had and was super friendly. The house was very clean and well stocked! Looking forward to the next to time we go!

We were visiting our daughter who attends UTK for the weekend. Great place for large groups.

We enjoyed a weekend family get together to attend a Univ of Tenn football game. The house is about 25 min outside of Knoxville and was an easy drive to stadium/campus. The house and property is perfect for a large group. Multiple bedrooms and bedding configurations. The bedding was all very comfortable. The house very clean and well stocked. We very much appreciated all the amenities provided such a towels, sheets, and paper products. The outside deck space was large and very relaxing overlooking the pond. We also got a kick out of the ducks and feeding them with the duck food provided. Would certainly look to stay again on a return visit.

This house is amazing! It’s huge and has entertainment for everyone. The kids loved the game room, the pond, the adorable ducks, fire pit, and the pool. I loved the huge wrap around porch! The kids fed those sweet ducks with the duck food provided and even named them :) This was the perfect spot for our families to visit our kids at the University of Tennessee, and also bounce back and forth to Gatlinburg area. It’s clear that this house is well loved and well cared for. We enjoyed everything it had to offer. John reached out to us before we arrived just to make sure we were all set. We look forward to returning for more UT games! Go Vols!

Wonderful property with all we needed for a large group of girls for a retreat weekend!

This was a family trip that we had planned, and this property had exceeded our expectations! The ducks were beautiful! The different species of birds was a sight to see as well. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed a bond fire making s’mores. This trip, along with this beautiful home will be something that we will never forget. The host was very responsive, polite, and understanding to everything . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The property and the large cabin was perfect for our family of 26. Nice open space, plenty of things to do, including an on site pond for fishing. Communication was great from check in to check out. The owner messaged to check on anything that we needed. He genuinely wants everyone to enjoy their stay. Will be planning to book again next year.

Our party of 11 ranged in age from 15 to 81 and this property had something for everyone to include ample sleeping space and bathrooms. Beautiful location with stocked fishing pond; pool; firepit, etc... The entire house is extremely well furnished - everything from arcade games to potato peeler! I've never seen a better appointed kichen. Fantastic throughout!

What an absolutely beautiful and spacious cabin! We had my son's birthday celebration with our huge family and friends and it never seem crowded at all! Each room was amazing and decorated with style and charm. The gaming room is crazy cool and was a huge hit with the grandkids and adult kids as well! Who doesn't have fun playing Air Hockey or several video games with one arcade game having every game I could think of from every gaming system console I could imagine! The bedrooms throughout are awesome and fit any large group of people easily with multiple bed arrangements to sleep everyone perfectly and I must say the beds are super comfy! The shower downstairs is worth the rental price on its own! The dining room was perfect, designed with a gorgeous wooden table long enough to fit all of us! Everywhere you turn there are carefully thought out games (Skeeball is one!), puzzles and activities. The deck overlooking the pond could easily sit everybody and it was fantastic! You could watch the wildlife including many birds and ducks, speaking of, I couldn't believe that John & Stephanie, the amazing hosts had two containers of both duck feed & bird seed with instructions to feed them! Awesome idea! Everyone loves feeding the ducks!! You can tell that the amazing hosts have put a lot of thought and consideration into every detail! I would give this cabin 6 stars if possible!! John and Skylar were so accommodating during our stay. They were always available for any questions we had, we even got to meet John, a rate treat, but a great person to rent from. The home had every appliance you can think of, all the games, which kept our 8 kiddos very busy. An amazing view with plenty of fishing and animal/nature watching. We had room to spare even with 12 people staying! Please do yourself a favor and book this wonderful home, you will not regret it, we are going to book again over the summer!

As I walked in the door I was in amazement at how beautiful this house was. The men that came with us headed straight to the pond. The house had everything needed for the stay. The owner checked on us by text a few hours after we arrived and was so kind. I am already planning to take another trip with the adult ministry in our church for a retreat. The beds felt like I was at home because they were so comfortable. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Needed a place to go spend time with our large family. Very quiet and secluded. We were able to play music without bothering anyone. They had everything we could possibly need and more. The kids enjoyed the game/arcade room and the pool. The deck was amazing and the pond out back allowed for fishing and feeding ducks. Would absolutely go back.

As soon as we arrived I fell in love. I felt when I walked in the door I was at home. The appliances were clean as was the whole house. The beds were the best I have slept in at a vacation home. The space was just what we needed. I was sad the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for the pool but we sure did have a BLAST fishing. The whole group raved about how perfect this was for our stay. And the OWNERS were amazing. He texted to check in a hour or so after we arrived and provided so much information. We are already planning an adult retreat to this home.

We came down for the weekend tournament 8 adults and 5 kids The game room was awesome kiddos loved it Furniture is not only beautiful but beds are super comfy!! Lots of room and the pond out back is awesome the deck is the place to unwind!!
