Room was very clean and spacious. The facility had all the amenities my family enjoys including the pool, gym and breakfast. My family also enjoyed the snack packs we got before our hike.

I would like to be able to lock the bathroom door for more privacy.

The location was great for what we had planned. The king room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. The walk in shower was very nice The tv was big with a lot of channels to choose from including NESN, which was important to us as Red Sox fans. The staff was accommodating when we asked for additional pillows. It was a good value.

There was an outside seating off the pool area in the rear parking lot that we wish was a little more comfortable and welcoming.

THE RESTAURANT was good AND THE RESTAURANT STAFF was superb.

Some of the front desk staff were curt and unfriendly in answering simple questions.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was right in between all of the attractions we visited there for. Ice castles , skiing, site seeing.
