One good stay

Location was great,only the parking was not available and payment was daily for it ( 500 piso) The rest was excellent 👌🏾 the unit and the stuff,so clean well furnished apartment, Wanna say thank you for such great hospitality

It was nice

The owner was very nice

Only 1 bathroom. The place though was very nice. Outside the door of the property there is this awful smell that i have to cover my nose whenever we have to go out.

It’s wonderful

I really like the view, there is a free foods and also an honesty store ( it’s very nice that if you got hungry, you don’t need to go down to fetch some foods.) The place is near in everything.

Very tight for 10 people with luggage.

Location. Easy to check in. Close to the airport.

Listing of having 3 bunkbeds was misleading. Instead of finding 3 bunkbeds (6 actual beds), it was only 1 bunkbed with 1 trundle (3 actual beds). This would have been a major issue if we were staying more than 1 night.

Overall, my stay with my friends were great! The place itself was close to the shops and all things you can do in bgc.

Really liked the interior of the place! It speaks comfort as well as aesthetics in terms of its looks and good ambience overall.

I think the visual photos showed here in the property was kinda bigger than the actual place as it was probably taken using a wide angle camera.

Superb

This property is conveniently close to restaurants. 10 minute walk to High Street and SM Aura. There was plenty of snacks upon check in. Easy self self check in and out. I will definitely stay again.

Views were fantastic. Complimentary snacks was a pleasant surprise. Family Mart at base of the building was handy for quick snacks. Host was accommodating and quick to reply.

Entire condo was tiny. There was no room to move around. I can’t comprehend how 8 people could possibly sleep in this unit. There’s no room to open up luggage. Shower was either scalding hot or cold, nothing in between. Hallways leading to unit was in perpetual darkness and dreary. Entire building is in need to proper maintenance. The following is a general commentary about units in Manila, and not just this one. Do not judge the size of the units by the posted photos. The photos are severely stretched to give the impression of space. What looked like a double bed turned out to be a single bed shoved in a closet. Very disappointing.

Superb and awesome stay!!

The idea of self check in and check out was awesome! There is a complimentary food box composed of bread, spread and a lot of snacks which the kids love. The honesty store concept where there are items that they have inside the fridge and a corner cabinet that you can buy like soda, frappe, instant noodles, etc. and you can pay via gcash or bank qrcode which is very convenient. The family loves the videoke, netflix and disney channel. Our stay was amazing! Oh one more thing , the host is very responsive. Answers questions in minutes. Thank you so much.
