Appartement agréable, propre et spacieux, facile d'accès. Très bien situé, à 5 min à pied du métro pour rejoindre le centre d'Athènes.

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious and extremely clean! We arrived early and the staff facilitated our early arrival which made our stay even more enjoyable! The beds were so comfortable and it was just a very cosy place to stay!
I have nothing bad to say at all , it was a very pleasant stay!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας εκεί. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό και είχε όλες τις παροχές. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας έδωσε αναλυτικές πληροφορίες για τα πάντα. Στα μεγάλα πλεονεκτήματα του είναι η τοποθεσία (η επίσκεψη μας αφορούσε ιατρικούς λόγους στο Ιασώ) και η θέση στάθμευσης που διαθέτει. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε ενδεχόμενη μελλοντική μας επίσκεψη. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Οργανωμένο, εύκολο check in και check out, καθαρό, ζεστό νερό, γενικά value for money.
1) Αν και υπήρχαν καινούργια εξωτερικά κουφώματα περνούσε ο θόρυβος από τον δρόμο, ο οποίος έχει αρκετή κίνηση.
2) Το τελευταίο βραδυ, κάποιος άλλος ένοικος της οικοδομής πάρκαρε στην θέση που προοριζόταν για εμάς, κάτι που ανακαλύψαμε επιστρέφοντας αργά τη νύχτα.

The parking garage should be a bit more organized . If there would not be so much junk in every corner it would be easier to park .

It was modern and clean. It was close to the Metro.
The road and trees opposite are scruffy. We didn't see any directions to the property on your webpage so had to rely on our taxi driver - we suggest that you make this clearer and highlight the fact that it is just a short walk from Irini Metro station.

It was a very nice and spacious apartment. Had everything we needed. It wasn't in the center of Marousii but thats not the property's fault. we didn't realize it.
The cleanliness. The bathroom wasn't very clean ie. some hair on floor, paper left from the cleaning crew stuck n the microwave. The washing machine was full of water and until we called the manager, we diddnt know what to do. I feel that a good once over from whomever was in charge of inspecting should have caught those things.

If you're seeking peace and tranquility in the bustling city of Athens, this is the perfect place for you! It boasts an excellent location for car travelers, with easy access from the expressway and to the city center. If you prefer the subway, it's just 2 minutes away! This apartment has become our top choice for attending concerts in the Olympic stadium going forward!

Close to the mall
No water in the fridge after a long trip it would have been good, not a minute earlier than 15:00 you can check in.
The sadest thing was a big cockroach trying to get on our face in the bedroom. This was a horror experience at 128 euro /night wasn't expecting!!

Location is away from the city center, but is near the Highway (easy accessible/easy to find by car) and near the Metro station.

The location is great because it is located close to the subway and close to the major highways (Kimis, Kifisias, Attiki odos).
The appartment is newly renovated so everything is in great condition. Everything is clean, functional and comfortable.
You don't have to call someone as thoroughly detailed instructions are sent to you via e-mail (there are even youtube videos to help you understand what you have to do). Parking was included but it wasn't necessary as there is usually plenty of space across the street to park.
We had no issues whatsoever. Everything was as we had agreed or even better.
