It had a comfortable sofa and beds and in a good location.

There was a musty smell throughout and a plug in scent diffuser to negate this in the lounge.The kitchen needs a deep clean throughout and some repairs. I spent money buying soap and cleaning wipes and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom myself after arriving. The front door is not secure - the owner messaged me three times to state it was being replaced and then kept calling to say it had been cancelled?! She then provided a key for a mortice lock which she purchased from Timpsons on the second day of our stay which made it some what safer but it didn’t negate the fact that the whole entire door is unstable and the letter box completely comes out! This needs addressing asap. I have images and a video showing the letter box comes out and the door being unstable even when locked. We did not take any valuables but were concerned for my husband’s work Laptop so left it in the car at all times. The owner clearly agreed this was unsatisfactory as she offered alternative accommodation via text but then nothing came of this. Instead a refund was requested and has now been issued. The owner said some personal comments about me when I fed back about my concerns and this is totally unacceptable so would not stay again and urge others caution. Edit in relation to owners reply: 1. The door is not secure others have mentioned this and it is not only my feedback! 2. You keep attacking me personally despite having never met me and in response to feedback which you do not like, in fact, you reply in a defensive way when anyone says something you do not like and is less than glowing positivity - this is not the way to run a business. You calling me awful things says more about your character than mine as I have not said anything about you personally. 3. You offered alternative accommodation which I would have happily left for but then withdrew this. 4 I feared you would accuse me of would accuse me of something so I took pictures of how I left the place (spotless) time/dated

Very well kept, comfortable and close to Tesco. All we needed for our stopover on our road trip. We will be staying again.

Easy to find, clean, tidy, well appointed

It would have been handy to have some literature showing the location of local services, fast food outlets etc.

Lovely, quiet area with convenient parking. Great to have an enclosed garden for the dogs.

I was worried if the front door was safe and locked which affected my sleep although there is a note to say that they are getting a new front door.

The location was fantastic. There was a Tesco, nearby. Although the house is near a busy road, you could not tell once inside. It was very peaceful. The kitchen was very well equip, and the beds where comfortable.

The front door didn't feel very secure. But I understand this is being addressed. Other than that I am struggling to think of a negative. This house was excellent

Location was close to family. Lounge was nice ,as was the garden. One bedroom was nice. Comfy beds.

Front door not really secure. Letterbox pulls out. Kitchen appliances , drawers , cupboards and draining rack need a deep clean. Second bedroom far too small for a double bed.

Beautiful little house with very comfortable beds. Everything clean, kitchen well equipped, reclining sofas in the living room and Netflix available. If we need accommodation again next year, will definitely book!

Fab location for amenities although a little noisy. Great little garden for a small dog.

Very clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfy, owners were very flexible when we requested earlier check in. Beautiful place to stay and very convenient for city centre and hospital

Nothing we didn't like if I'm honest, only slight and it is slight annoyance is we assunr (going by past review) that there 2 parking spaces are not at front. We parked one car in front and went out in the other, when we returned it was difficult to find somewhere free to park our 2nd car..... so parking isn't very clear but we managed to park further down the road so nothing major.....just feedback maybe for clearer signage in which spaces are allocated for no. 23 maybe?

The house was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the little garden and I enjoyed sitting out with a glass of wine. My boys also sat out later with their takeaway. (Luigi's, def recommended - best chips ever!) In the morning it was a 2 minute walk to Tesco's. I loved how dog friendly it was, and also the nearby woodland walk was perfect for my dog.

We liked the lovely garden with the sunny aspect and laid out with sun loungers , barbecue facilities. Wi fi was great it worked all the time which is not often the case . The local amenities were good with a Tesco, fuel, eatery and a nature reserve all within walking distance

There was a background sound of traffic through the night, but we may have only noticed this because we live in a very quiet area. Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue but the host made available a beautifully appointed house in a friendly rural village immediately , which was stunning and would get a 10 on everything

Clean, comfortable and quiet with all facilties you want - nicely equipped kitchen (coffee machine and pods, tea and even ice in the freezer), good size tv with Netflix, wi-fi, recliner settee, comfy beds and all decorated tastefully. Garden with recliners and bbq..Near to all local amenities, m5 and easy access to town. Jill the owner was easily available and especially helpful if anything or info was required. Great place to stay and v good value, thank you!

Nothing not to like. Living room was a little small if both bedrooms occupied but was still certainly much nicer than most hotels.

The property was in a beautiful location. Superior quality all round. The hist Jill has clearly spent a lot of time making the property as nice as it is. The leather reclining sofa in the lounge was so comfortable. The property was spotless. The hist was so accommodating and communicative throughout - nothing was roo much trouble.

Friendly host

Lovely little house on the outskirts of Worcester. The house is so comfortable with added extra touches. Amazingly comfortable sofa, tastefully decorated and of course comfortable beds!

Great accommodation, well furnished and the host was very communicative. I would recommend this property highly. Great location to local shops (Tesco) and easy access to the City Centre.
