Extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Nobody told me I had to walk up two floors with my luggage because the elevator was not in use. It was very dissapointing

first time staying here, nice clean hotel , good location for me , the negatives, rooms are very small compared to other hotels I have stayed at and the included breakfast buffet would be better if they didn't include and just offered you a la carte , also the gym ( I try to workout when I travel ) was almost non existent. I guess I would stay again for a short stay but definitely not for 3 days plus stays

Staff were welcoming and friendly even at 1am when we arrived. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were on the fifth floor and had a great view of the sky tower. Breakfast was good.

We arrived to be allocated Room 601 which is basically an attic room with inward sloping exterior walls. Checking our booking form we went back to reception to complain we had paid for a Junior suite with a king bed. With little enthusiasm she allocated Room 302 and confirmed it was a junior suite without saying it only had a queen bed. Back to reception to be advised that in fact no junior suites have king beds. The junior suite is however a good size and very comfortable. the bed was the softest we had in South America and the lounge good too. Our only complaint with the room is that the shower water takes an age to drain from the bath so one showers with your ankles in water, despite advising of the issue it was not fixed the next day despite advice it would be looked at. Breakfast has a reasonable array to satisfy but without abundant choices.

It was good in general. Nice breakfast and bed, but the room wasn't really clean and didn't have a locker. I felt really unsafe to leave my stuff at the room when out.

Awesome hotel for the price. Right in the middle of the city. Close to everything (either walking or short taxi ride). In a nice part of town always felt safe. Small grocery store right next door to get water

Overall, the hotel was a solid 3.5-Star but overall rating is lower because when I checked in with a prepaid Expedia reservation and confirmation in hand, I was told by the front desk that they had no reservation from Expedia and thus no payment. They were able to give me a room but I had to pay for it again and then have my travel agent request a refund after I had checked out. After a couple of calls to Expedia, the refund was facilitate to avoid double payment, but it was extra stress on me and significance extra work by my travel agent.

It's a good and decent proposal for a short business trip. Well located and with the facilities you will need.

Hotel is right in front of the famous recoleta cemetery. Locations is one of the safest areas in Buenos Aires. However the rooms needs to be updated. Hotel service was really nice. And a tip for those who wants to go straight to the airport, they have a taxi service (remise) that you can trust at a reasonable price.

Good, very good location for my needs, breakfast ok. Need improvement on Wifi offering or even in the business center. Rooms are clean. I have stayed in this hotel many times and have no complains.

The hotel is very good, The only complain is that they dont offer free wi fi, a must in todays world. They charge for it , and they offer a bussiness center with two old computers, always busy with kids playing games.I wont go back until wi fi is offer free.

The Reservations Staff was Increible. They helped us set up great tours and recomended things to see and do. Hotel is well situated near metro stops and shopping venues. The restaurant was solid and breakfast was great. All in all a very enjoyable stay made better by the Reservation Staff.

Good location - 4 blocks to easy-to-use metro, good neighborhood, great free breakfasts with room, wonderful, informative staff. Room on the smaller size but all amenities included.

I have been going to Chile since times of the coup (which was a terrible scene) but never before had I had to deal with street crime. There is much petty crime now with tourists during the summer being targets for teenagers who have total immunity. We were walking in the daylight down the streets two blocks from this hotel and a teen ripped my husband's chain off his neck -we chased him but he escaped. Later we learned this is happening in all tourist spots of Chile. We were for sure being "watched" in Pucon by a teen and one older man in which we ditched after it was obvious that they were following us. Back to this hotel -and neighboring ones there should be warnings posted to alert tourists and to not speak English while walking in the downtowns of big cities. And by ALL means do not wear nice jewelry of any kind when you are walking.

A very well manage hotel, good staff support, well located in Santiago, close to restaurants and shoping places.

In general the Hotel made a good impression. The other thing that bothered me was that the in-room wireless service was very deficient. The signal was generally so week, that a connection was impossible.
