First, the house has room for a large group. 12 beds if I remember right, and one small bathroom. It worked for my group but it is a big consideration if you plan to occupy all of those beds! On the inside the house was clean. Our beds were comfy and the linens were nice. This is the only reason I gave 2 stars. We arrived to find a large trash bin overflowing with trash so that the lid would not close. There were 5 feral cats that were attracted to the trash. I emailed and texted to have the trash hauled but — nothing. Also there were beer cans and jello cups all over the yard. We paid 2x the nightly rate after fees (not including pet fee). But we liked the description of a pool and pet friendly back yard, so we were ok. It was NOT as described. The pool maintenance that takes place every Tuesday? Not true. The pool was super dirty. We gave the owners benefit of doubt - maybe it rained? So my husband got out the gear and cleaned the pool. The filter was jammed with 5 jello cups, a big beer can and a koozie and a ton of leaves. After all the debris was cleaned out the water was still yucky due to no filter. We made the best of it and got in the pool, but it was kind of gross. Again, no acknowledgement about my attempts to get help. Dog friendly? Not true. Aside from the trash and feral cats, there were big holes in the fence. My husband plugged them the best he could. Again management did not acknowledge/address our problem…. My first bad review I think. :(

Location was great and cooling off in the pool was nice! Beds were comfortable but frames were not good quality. Great communication and home was clean. Check in and out was simple. Booking process was very in depth. Home is actually 5 bedrooms and sleeps about 15 people but host wanted to charge me extra for having 7 people. Overall it was a good experience.
